Check in:
We arrived at the hotel at about 12:00-12:15, settled us immediately. True, on that day, the owner of the hotel ended up in the hospital and our grandfather settled us, who did not understand a word of Russian at all (they used google translator during the conversation). Apparently because of this, we were initially settled in the wrong room. We took an econom, but settled in a family - a large room of about 22-24 sq. m. But then the first "fun" began ...Approaching the room, grandfather opened the door and immediately blocked our passage, a woman stood nearby who cleans the rooms and they began to argue about something. Then she went into the room and pulled out 2 playpens for small children, and only then they let us into the room. The smell in the room was terrible, before us there lived someone who smoked like a locomotive (the room was ventilated for three days). Dirty sheets immediately caught my eye: on one bed, the sheets were stained with ashes from a cigarette, and on the second there were just some dirty stains. We immediately showed "this is a miracle" and we were told OK.
Changed sheets a couple of hours after the fourth trip to the reception.

About the hotel:
The hotel is not new, the building itself is in good condition, but there is no sound insulation.
The hotel has free Wi-Fi, the rooms are closer to the reception - I caught it perfectly.

The hotel has 4 types of rooms (lived in three types):

1. Suite:
Large room with a huge balcony overlooking the garden, the room has a fridge the size of a minibar

2. Family room:
Room with a balcony (better ask for a view of the garden), the room has one double bed + 2 single beds or one bunk bed, a refrigerator the size of a minibar

3. Standard:
A room with a balcony (almost all have a view of the pool), on the ground floor the "balcony" is an area separated by a metal pipe from the pool area, the room has two single beds (the child was given a cot), a refrigerator the size of a mini-bar

4. Economy:
There is no balcony and refrigerator, one double bed + one bunk bed.

General for all rooms:
Each room has: air conditioning, TV, telephone, wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables, hair dryer, ashtray

The rooms do not have: a normal clothes dryer (on the balcony there are 2 sticks on which only a pair of socks and a children's swimsuit can fit, in the economy there is no dryer at all), shampoo, shower gel, slippers and a bathrobe (some sites indicate their availability), soap ( you need to ask at the reception), an iron (not even at the reception), a soap dish, a glass for toothbrushes.

All rooms in which we lived were smoky upon arrival;

in the standard and economy room, the shower was leaking (there was always a large puddle between the shower and the toilet);

the standard had terrible mold in the shower stall;

in the economy, through the door glass, the backlight of the hotel shone into the room - until dawn, the room seemed to have a light on all the time;

bed linen was with holes or stains or with holes and stains at the same time.
Only 3 days before departure, we were tucked in clean and non-leaky linen (most likely, new cleaners began to do this, the old ones seemed to have been fired).

Cleaning:

In the beginning, the cleaning was just disgusting! It all came down to wiping the floor in the toilet and changing the garbage bag in the bucket. On the 5th day (during this time they didn’t even change the towels for us), we simply took off all the bed linen with towels (initially with various stains) and put it near the front door so that it would definitely be changed to clean. Without a complaint to the hostess of the hotel, this linen would have lain there for another day.

At the end of our vacation, the cleaners changed and the cleaning became of the highest quality. Even through chur qualitative and responsible. At 11:30 p. m. , the cleaning of the room next to us began: a vacuum cleaner, wet cleaning, dusting in every drawer that closed with a roar, etc. Everything was very well audible behind a thin wall. At the same time, people left the room before 12:00.
But there were no complaints about the quality of cleaning (after the change of staff).

Anyone with keys can enter your room at any time (we did not have a "do not disturb" sign in the room). They came to us at 21.30 - to change the curtains and in the afternoon when we changed clothes for the beach (having made one knock for the sake of appearance and immediately opening the door with our key).

In the dining room:

The dishes were washed poorly, I had to choose a clean plate or cup (the plates are greasy or sticky, and there are traces of lipstick on the cups). But after the meal, the dishes were cleaned quickly and with a smile.

Nutrition:
Breakfast (from 7.30 to 9.00):

mostly scrambled eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs or pancakes (fried outside and you have to stand in line), rice or barley porridge or potatoes (mostly cold), Turkish cutlets, breakfast cereals + cold milk, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, watermelon, apples, jams of your choice.

Lunch (from 12.30 to 14.00):

soup (red very spicy or puree soup - delicious), rice porridge or pearl barley or potatoes or vegetables, Turkish cutlets or chicken or fish, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, watermelon, apples or plums, a couple of times there were grapes, delicious Turkish cookies ( several types)

Afternoon snack (from 16.00 to 17.00):

watermelon and turkish cookies

Dinner (from 19.00 to 21.00):

sometimes they fried chicken or fish on the street, rice or barley porridge or potatoes (mostly cold) or vegetables, Turkish cutlets or chicken or fish, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, watermelon, plums, Turkish cookies (several types)

Of the drinks there were: coffee, hot chocolate, tea, 2 types of UPI, juice on tap from the package (delicious), Sprite, Fanta, Pepsi - also on tap, white and red dessert wine (for an amateur), beer, Turkish vodka, etc. . alcohol.

All food is quite spicy and monotonous, children will not eat. We ate only at the hotel and at the end of the vacation my husband got poisoned by something (he sinned on salads with dressing).

Sea and beach: the hotel does not have its own beach!
The nearest beach is paid ($ 2 per sunbed + umbrella). The beach is small, the sun beds are close to each other (2-3 rows, then the sea begins). The sea is clean, but there are many large stones at the bottom. Entry into the sea is gradual, without jerks. A lot of smokers, it was possible to hide from the smoke only in the sea. : (

Free beach - 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The beach is clean, the sea is without stones, sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There were a lot of people, but there was enough space for everyone. BUT! If it's not a problem to get to the beach in the morning, then it's hard to come back after 11 - open area + scorching sun (35 degrees).
