The hotel and the territory are clean, the equipment in the rooms (air conditioners, TV sets, hair dryer, plumbing, refrigerator, etc. ) is working properly. Smiling but rather clueless Tajik-Turkmen staff. Of course, they try, but they don’t always succeed))) There are few Russians (and this cannot but rejoice), they behave quietly, only they constantly thump. The main guests are Germans, Arabs, Ukrainians and Turks. The hotel's cuisine is beyond praise - everything is delicious, everything is fresh, dishes with a bright oriental flavor, a wide selection of dishes for every taste. To the sea on foot 7 minutes, for the lazy every 30 minutes a free shuttle rides in the form of an old bus with no windows. The sea is simply amazing - clean, warm, the beach is cleaned daily, sun loungers and awnings are correct and in sufficient quantities for free. Animators in the pool and on the beach try to organize a motley crowd of vacationers for games, dances and entertainment, but they rarely succeed, only children easily find a common language with other children without knowing the language (forgive my taftology). They gave two towels for each, one beach towel and there were problems with the replacement of beach towels - once for 4 days they could not be brought from the laundry. Cleaning in the room every 4 days, presented a chocolate bar to the cleaner, they began to clean it every 2 days))) The overall impression of the hotel and the staff is positive, but there is still work to be done.
