True, I looked at almost all hotels located in Kemer and only 5-star ones, I chose several hotels. When talking with an agent named Tatyana, she dissuaded us from Kemer, because. it can rain in the evening and the sun sets behind the mountains 1.5-2 hours earlier. Tatyana offered us the HORUS PARADISE LUXURY RESORT hotel located in Side. According to her, she rested there and we won’t have any problems there: take sunbeds on the sea, cleaning the room, eating all day without a break, etc. The ticket cost 10.000 rubles. more expensive than in those hotels that I myself picked up. I asked Tatyana to show reviews about this hotel, but she refused, explaining that this was all nonsense and that they would not steal suitcases in such expensive hotels (I read about the theft of a suitcase in an expensive hotel on the Internet). We agreed. Then Tatyana completed the paperwork and made an appointment for us for a later day in order to explain how we need to drive there, how best to call, where to buy tickets for excursions, etc. (by that time she was very tired). But at the appointed time she was not at work, she took the day off. Agent Alexander met with us only at our urgent request. Alexander was unable to answer our questions. The answers were of a general nature without any clarification about the rest in the chosen hotel.

We arrived at the hotel normally. But as soon as we entered the room and began to put our things in their places, the bell rang and we were asked the question: "Did we take someone else's suitcase? ". It turned out that someone’s suitcase was missing, it’s good that it wasn’t with us (so don’t trust the reviews on the Internet now).
On the second day of our stay at the hotel, our room was not cleaned until 16-30. Only after our trip to the reception the room was cleaned. In the next three days, we left $ 1 in the room. Two days of cleaning the room was perfect: they made swans on the bed and put everything new. But on the third day the bed was made in a simple way, although $ 1 was lying on the bed. After that, we did not leave money. Room cleaning turned into constant going to the reception (they didn’t put soap, then toilet paper, then shower caps for the wife).
On the third or fourth day of our stay, we wanted to sign up for one of the four restaurants. It turned out that the queue for recording should be taken from 7 o'clock in the morning, only Russians were in the queue. A lot of Russians rested in this hotel, about 50%, the rest are Germans. But the Germans having a rest freely recorded by phone. After a big scandal caused by the Russians standing in line for recording, and after a big “cart” I wrote and handed over to the guide from Pegas Tourist (I don’t know if this paper or the scandal at the reception played its part), but the next day we managed to sign up in a restaurant. And in the queue the next day you could see 6-8 Germans. I would like to note that all this was not worth a penny. The restaurant (fish - one of the best) turned out to be a real eatery. They served one fish for hot, which could be eaten in an ordinary restaurant, and only one plate of salads was served for four people, a bottle of wine was not put on the table, but they always poured it at our request. And no music! After that, we decided not to enroll in a la carte restaurants anymore.

The first days of our stay, we did not notice the work of the animators, but later, after looking closely, we still saw them. The animation team was Russian, but they actually held the competitions in German. In the evening, from about 21-00 to 22-00, there was a children's disco (after 21-00 children are supposed to sleep), and then an evening performance (unfortunately, we practically didn’t attend these performances, and I can’t talk about them), After 00 -30 in the disco bar located in the basement were dancing. Once I went there and saw only 3-4 people, clearly bored. My age is 54 years old. I really wanted to dance with my wife, but waiting for one in the morning was too much. Near the amphitheater German and Turkish music sounded all day long. But there is other foreign (and why not Russian, because Russians are 50%) music.
We had to borrow sunbeds on the seashore every day around 7 am, otherwise they were all occupied.
The hotel has two restaurants where you can dine. One of them is located on the seashore. I am a conservative and I think that you should wear clothes to go to restaurants. But it is customary for Germans to visit this restaurant in swimsuits (in principle, this is not scary), but breastfeeding a child to a portly German woman right in a restaurant during lunch is too much, and farting, sorry for the word, is a complete disrespect for Russians. side of the Germans. So once, when we wanted to eat at a restaurant on the seashore, we were forced to look for a table for about 30-40 minutes, all the tables were occupied by the Germans, who calmly ate, smoked, talked and were in no hurry to make room for other vacationers. Later, we began to take places in this restaurant in advance and dined quietly. But this is so humiliating, because the hotel has 5 stars, and all this reminds of the worst times of the Soviet Union.
And now about the most unpleasant.

Dinner at the hotel is made only in the main restaurant. This restaurant has many closed halls and a large open veranda. It is a little stuffy to sit indoors, and it is simply a pleasure to dine on the open veranda: a slight breeze blows and a good view of the sea and the hotel territory opens up. Places on the veranda are always occupied, mostly Germans are accommodated there. For them, places are reserved there by the hotel staff or they themselves take places, coming to dinner before 19-00. One time we decided to take our seats early. We arrived at about 18-15 and were very surprised: at all the tables located on the veranda, the chairs stood with their backs to the tables. This meant that all the tables were already occupied, but it was not clear who (the tables were reserved by the hotel staff for the Germans). My wife and I decided to break this order: we went to the veranda, sat down at one of the tables and put our personal belongings on the table. But immediately the waiters came up to us and began to offer us to leave the veranda. Then a senior waiter came up to us and led me to the main room, where there were tables with food and where there was a telephone. There I was connected to the reception and they explained by phone that we arrived early and that it was impossible to take tables earlier. Coming out of the main hall onto the veranda, I suddenly saw how the chairs were placed, blocking the passage to the veranda, and a red ribbon was stretched.
Deciding not to continue the scandal, we moved to the entrance to the veranda, taking personal belongings from the table. After 5-10 minutes, a group of Germans appeared at the entrance (there was about 20-30 minutes left before dinner). The passage to the veranda was immediately cleared and the Germans went to the tables, putting their personal belongings on the tables, thus personally occupying the tables. True, we also managed to immediately get a table, but this is a monstrous fact: a disgusting attitude towards Russians and admiration for the Germans.
Our room had a TV with 24 channels and only two of them were Russian. I would like to have more Russian channels, otherwise all German channels, because about 50% of Russians in this hotel. German channels work fine, Russian ones - ugly. For three days in a row I spoke about this to our guide from Pegas Tourist and reported to the reception. Only on the fourth day a master came to our room and replaced the cable. The picture quality improved, but still remained poor. Thanks to Lena, who works at the reception and called the master to us.

Our guide was a girl named Diana. She was in the main building, and we were located in a bungalow. It was inconvenient to go to her, and the time chosen was not the best: instead of swimming and sunbathing, I had to go to her. Several times she was absent at the appointed time. She could not solve our problems right away, each time she demanded a written statement. Once I wrote such a statement, but I think there was no sense in it. I received more help from a girl named Lena, who works at the reception: many thanks to her!
Talking about the bad, we can not say about the good:
1. The hotel is really chic.
2. The territory is large, clean and very green.
3. The food is varied, a lot of meat, chicken, fish, but, however, not very tasty (the Turks do not know how to cook deliciously).

4. The sea is clean, the entry into the sea is excellent, gentle, sand. Although there are shortcomings here too: for two days I saw circles consisting of black dots in the sea (most likely these are emissions from motor boats). A hotel with a blue flag beach should avoid these spots.

I summarize:
1. For the first time in my life, while relaxing in this hotel, I felt national humiliation and racial discrimination. I didn't pay money for this.
2. My advice: do not listen to the representatives of travel agencies, but carefully study the information from the Internet yourself.
3. The hotel cannot possibly have 5 stars, it barely reaches 4, mainly due to the service.
