The hotel does not qualify for 5 stars at all. But I'll start with the good : ) From the good there is a large territory, there is where to walk in the evening, the hotel is located on the first line, along this and other hotels there is a promenade along which you can walk and even take a 30-40 minute walk to the old town of Side, where you can see such sights as the Temple of Apollo and the Coliseum, however, to go inside the Coliseum itself you will need to pay 5 dollars / person. In the old town there is a bazaar, there everything your heart desires - souvenirs, clothes, shoes, jewelry. Also on the territory of the hotel for children in the evening they arrange a disco from 20:30 to 21:30 with the participation of animators who dance in front of the children, and the kids repeat after them, then they arrange a program for adults, it lasts about an hour. There were fun for adults 2 evenings, but not in a row, the program was not repeated. On the territory of the hotel there are slides for the smallest and for children from 3 years old and for adults. There is fun for everyone. That's where the positives end : (
From the Bad: Food - cheap economy class and everything is the same all week, no variety of cuisine, seafood - the simplest fish, such as hake, 1 time was catfish. In order not to paint the same thing for a long time, they will simply serve it in different forms - a cube, a stripe, a rhombus, but it will be the same thing. There is a restaurant there that works 24 hours, but really there is nothing there at night, maximum vegetables and a sandwich with their tasteless sausage and pies. Alcohol is so-so, beer is probably non-alcoholic in general, in such heat, if I had drunk one glass of ours, I would have fallen already, and they drank it like water : )
Cleaning in the room is bad, for the whole stay we never changed bed linen (although they asked more than once), towels were changed 4 times out of 6 days, and that is because they asked. We lived in a new building on the 1st floor, but this is despite the fact that there is a zero one and they also live there, and so, from the shower cabin it was creepy as if they asked to do something, no one did anything, they just smile at reception and write down the info, but do nothing. I had to close the shower and the door to the bathroom so as not to suffocate. In general, the service is disgusting. There were also many shortcomings in the room - stains on the chairs, bedspreads, curtains, it's unpleasant to see, the general view of the room is good, but if you look closely at the details, it doesn't smell like 5 stars.

There is no animation at the hotel, there is water aerobics in the morning with animators and that's it. The kids club for children is not very, stupidly the room in which cubes, balls and a table are piled where they draw, I went in and looked at all this and did not want to leave the child there, there were only 2-3 children there, how many I didn’t go there, I guess I'm not the only one who didn't like this place, it's uncomfortable. But on the street nearby there is a playground with swings, it is small, but the kids liked it there, the swings are new, good. In general, the hotel is average.
And yes, regarding the language of communication, in this hotel the staff, except for the reception, speaks no English, there are a couple of people who know him. The hotel has about 60% of Russian-speaking vacationers, the rest are mostly Germans and a few other nationalities. The staff speaks mostly Turkish, a bit of Russian and German, they even had German children's songs in their entertainment.
