We (husband, me and my 12 year old son) loved it! The hotel is cozy, very green, you are constantly in the shade. We got there without any problems, we arrived at the beginning of the twelfth day, we were asked to wait forty minutes (apparently they were cleaning up).
They settled us just fine (without money! ) in the building near the playground, which stands at the butt end to the coastal buildings. To the sea, pool and main building - 30 sec. Room 17 meters, clean, new furniture, everything (refrigerator, TV, individual air conditioning) works. The shower is normal, a separate cabin, the water is only in it, it did not flow out.
The only minus (if it can be considered a minus) is awesome audibility between the bathrooms of neighboring rooms, but it didn’t bother us, we didn’t discuss secrets in the bathroom : ))).

Both Russians and Germans lived in the building, it seems that there were even more Russians. They cleaned very well, linen and towels were changed not only in time, but also in case of contamination, even if this happened several days in a row.
Somehow we ran out of hotel shampoo and soap, the maids did not report new ones. I asked them, they immediately brought me as many as 5 pieces! From the 4th day, making sure that we were satisfied with the cleaning, we began to leave the maids for tea every other day for a dollar. No one rushed to us with a desire to get out at an inconvenient time for us. Several times we came during the day during cleaning, we were politely asked to wait 5 minutes, quickly finished and left.
Once my husband couldn’t wait, the room was immediately vacated, and then in our absence they came and cleaned up. As for the theft of service personnel in the rooms, I will say this - a fly will not fly into a closed mouth. Found money for a trip to Turkey, find 40 bucks for two weeks for a safe. And the question is removed.
The beach is really great, a long distance from the sunbeds to the sea, so the shoals of German pensioners hanging out back and forth do not interfere. Another convenience is stretched awnings, not “fungi”, around which you get tired of moving all day long in search of shade.
The bottom is sandy, but you have to be careful - sometimes there are stones. I’ll tell you about the beach Turk separately. I don't know why anyone didn't like it. We just didn't notice! Well, if only in the mornings, when he gave out sunbeds from the “stash” to late-night vacationers. I like to sunbathe in the evenings, for a long time, while the sun somehow shines, I left the beach no earlier than 19-30. Not once did a Turk bother me with a request to free the sunbeds, despite the fact that he was occupied, in fact, by a person - I had only one sunbed, and the other two were littered with the things of my husband and son who were always sitting in the sea or playing volleyball.
There are three pools - a regular one, with slides and a shallow one for kids, the water in them is clean. Toilets on site are regularly cleaned every half an hour, clean, fresheners are used.

Towels (for all occupants) are charged $5 per week for laundry. When you check in, you pay a deposit of $10 at the reception, they give you a card, give it to the towel maker, take towels for everyone and you can change them at least 10 times a day, which is convenient for those who are used to using clean towels.
Animators - young guys and girls, speak German, English and a little Russian. There is also a girl Evelina from Ukraine who works with Russian children (she has a pedagogical education) and translates evening performances.
If the vacationer, in principle, does not mind joking, having fun, the entertainment of the animators is quite interesting. At the evening performances, we were not at all, but what we saw (selection of Mr. /Miss/Couples of the hotel; musical) was fun and interesting.
As for the children's club, I can't say much from personal experience - my son is a little out of their age. I just went with them to a picnic on horseback, I liked it. Familiar mothers of younger children were satisfied with the club. Even in the fact that the animation was mainly in German and English, they saw an advantage - in a few days their 4 and 6 year old children were bawling songs in a foreign language with might and main. And how cool it was to listen to a German girl on the beach, singing our “Clouds” to her mother.
The food is delicious, varied, we did not come across any flies, nails, etc. , inedible objects. Wine, of course, not French, but Turkish, from inexpensive, in our opinion, not diluted. Once, when the weather turned bad, and the whole hotel rushed for lunch at once, we didn’t have enough space, we waited 10 minutes. And there were always places, the tables were immediately cleaned after the previous eaters, we ate for a long time, calmly and didn’t feel any discomfort here. from the side of the waiters, not at all from anyone else.
In general, the staff seemed very friendly to me, they always smiled at us (even just passing by). I did not feel the difference in attitude towards us and towards the Germans. I must say, we smiled too - the sea, the rest did their job - and the Turks perfectly feel your disposition and respond accordingly.

Another advantage of the hotel is that it is located almost in Side itself, i. e. there is a place to go. On historical places (mind you, for free), or shopping, in the evening, if you get tired of sitting in a hotel. It takes 50 minutes to walk to the historical “old” Side around the city and 20 minutes along the beach. Along the way, there are numerous restaurants, shops, Turkish baths, massages, etc.
So I highly recommend this hotel for families, especially with children. ! Good luck!
