For young people it will be boring here, there is no entertainment in the hotel. There is a small bar with local drinks. Near the market of industrial goods, a small supermarket. There are no fruit shops, tents nearby at all. To large supermarkets and fruit shops on foot ~ 40 minutes into the city. If you have trouble sleeping, ask for a room away from the bar.
We bought this hotel as 3 *, in Side it is positioned as 4 *.
We arrived at the hotel around 9.00, we were fed breakfast and after 20 minutes we were provided with a room. The room is large, bright, 2 beds: double and single. Comfortable hard mattress, uncomfortable pillows. There is a working TV in the room. A comfortable spacious wardrobe, a large mirror and a working small refrigerator. There is an air conditioner and it works. Balcony with table and plastic chairs. Sufficiently spacious bathroom, hot water, hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are clean white. The bed was changed once a week. Towels changed and bathroom cleaned every 2 days. The room is removed on request. Wi-Fi is good in the room and throughout the hotel. Meals buffet, monotonous, but fresh. Breakfast: 2 types of cheese (delicious), sausage, butter more like margarine, sometimes Nutella, jams, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, greens, french fries, salads; from fruit-watermelon or melon. Lunch: soup, salads, steamed vegetables, chicken or chicken cutlets, bulgur or pasta, rice or potatoes. Dishes are quite spicy.
Beach. It has its own beach, carries its own bus at 10.00 from the hotel and at 17.00 back to the hotel. Drive ~5 min or 40min walk along the beach. On the beach there are sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas (for money, it seems), a canopy, a changing room, a shower, a toilet for free in the restaurant. Drinks can be bought at the restaurant for money. Orders are taken and brought by a beach worker. The beach is large sandy and very clean. The entry into the sea is convenient, the bottom is gently sloping sandy, a very long shallow coastal strip with well-heated water, which is good for children, special swimming shoes are not required. Or 520 m to the beach of any hotel with its own bedding. The hotel has a small swimming pool.
Location. To the embankment with its promenade 520 m. Along the embankment 1.2 km to the old town with its historical ruins. There are fruit stalls, many shops, cafes and restaurants.

The hotel was chosen according to the principle: you need a good sea, there is some money. Hotel: City apart, no bells and whistles, a bit tired, photos on the sites are 5 years old, so don't expect sterility and fresh renovation. Our room was small, 2 beds were squeezed in there (double and single), the air conditioner worked completely free of charge, which is very nice, the bathroom is combined, there is a quite comfortable wardrobe and a refrigerator. … More ▾ The hotel was chosen according to the principle: you need a good sea, there is some money.

Our room was small, 2 beds were squeezed in there (double and single), the air conditioner worked completely free of charge, which is very nice, the bathroom is combined, there is a quite comfortable wardrobe and a refrigerator.
Cleaning: it was, but I won’t say that it was thorough, as a rule, cleaning ladies came at 16.00, when we were still in the room. Therefore, they washed the floor and changed the towels.
Entertainment: NONE AS A FACT.
FOOD: Half board - breakfast and dinner. I liked it and that's enough. The food was simple, modest but delicious, well done chef! Breakfast buffet with traditional products: eggs, scrambled eggs, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, olives, yoghurt and cereals with milk, jams, tea, coffee, yupi. Dinner included only food, no drinks: 2-3 side dishes, 1 meat, various salads. Dessert - watermelon.
SEA and BEACH: Here the sea was just fine. Clean, transparent, sandy smooth entry. What they were looking for. The beach has two options. First, beach ala hotel: taken there at 10.00 - returned back at 17.00. The Makara restaurant is responsible for the beach as a whole, which is the reason for the nuances. You cannot bring your own food and drinks to the beach. Friends also need to earn money, so if you lasted 7 hours on the beach and did not buy a beer for 3.5 euros, you are a hero! Yes, and in principle, at the height of summer, sitting on the beach for 7 hours is heroism, right what for? A plus can be considered sun loungers with mattresses, service, a clean beach and a solid cover rather than umbrellas.
The second option is to walk 10 minutes to the beach. Settle down on the sun loungers of a hotel that is not open or with your own towel in an unguarded area nearby. As I wrote above - the sea is just wonderful! And yes, there are sanitary facilities on the beach. The boys rent sun loungers on the first line for $ 2 a set (with mattresses and an umbrella for two).
Infrastructure: a supermarket opened next to the hotel, you can go to get water, ice cream. They accept any currency and cards. There are no cute cafes, vegetable shops and bakeries in the vicinity. Ryasnyatsya restaurants with prices sharpened by the Germans. Coffee 2 EURO. It was cheaper to have lunch in Manavgat, taking into account travel. To the nearest markets 1.5 on foot. To the old Side - 3 km along the promenade.
In general, if you are not looking for chic, you want a sailor and read under a candea in the daytime spec and you have 430 EUR for everything in the high season for two, then you can go!
P. S. The staff is sincere, the owner is nice, he forgave us small pogroms in the room, he doesn’t understand Russian, which is probably why he forgave us.

Located in the village of Kumkoy. The hotel does not have its own territory. There is a purely nominal small pool. The rooms are small. The walls in the room are dirty. Cleaning is done every other day and consists of mopping and changing towels. Hygiene products: one liquid soap dispenser in the shower and one near the washbasin. Air conditioning is free and works. If you want it to cool better, do not be too lazy to wash the filters. Our room had two beds, a large one and a small one, which is practically standard for Turkey.
The hotel operates on a half board basis. Breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace next to the bar. The choice of dishes is limited (compared to Egypt, you can say that there is no choice at all). Almost always french fries and some kind of soup. Bulgur or pasta, rice, meat or stewed vegetables with gravy, boiled eggs or scrambled eggs. Once there was a chicken. There are no fish or seafood at all. A good selection of ready-made salads, cheese, sausage, olives. From fruit, watermelon was given for almost every meal. The choice of food is small, but the food itself is really tasty and we had enough of this choice so as not to pile on a full plate, as on All inclusive in the same Egypt. Drinks for breakfast are free. You can choose tea bags or mediocre coffee from the machine. For dinner, all drinks are paid, so we usually went to the supermarket before dinner and bought a bottle of water. At the hotel, a 1.5l bottle of plain water costs 10 lire. Near the hotel (three minutes walk) recently opened a Mall of Dream supermarket, where a bottle of water costs 2.50 lire. If you go to the Carrefour supermarket (two stops on a dolmush), the same 1.5l bottle costs 1.50 lire.
About coffee. Do not repeat our mistake and do not order "Turkish coffee" directly at the hotel. They will bring you a glass of instant Nescafe for 20 lira. Within walking distance from the hotel there are several cafes and restaurants with an abundance of seats. The menu and prices are about the same, you can choose any. On our way to the beach, we accidentally came across the Golden Fizz restaurant and we went into it almost every day for a cup of coffee. This is a really small cup (30 or 50 ml) and really brewed delicious coffee. Particularly pleased is the serving of this cup of hot coffee with a glass of cold water. In the heat after the beach, this is a separate pleasure. We paid 10 lira for this pleasure.
The road to the nearest beach takes 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. The coastline is divided by a dotted line into sections: a hotel beach with security and everything necessary, the so-called "wild" beach without security and other things, again a hotel beach, etc. On a wild beach, you lie on your towels. On the hotel beach you can rent a sun lounger with a mattress and an umbrella for 1-2 euros. Changing room, toilet and shower are free of charge. The beach itself is beautiful: sand (however, after 10 am it is impossible to stand on it barefoot), a beautiful entry into the sea with a very gradual increase in depth, clean clear water and the same clean sand at the bottom with a minimum of stones. Sometimes some small, but rather aggressive fish swim at a shallow depth (sometimes they bite).
In addition to the beach within walking distance, you can visit the so-called private beach Orient Apart Hotel. The shuttle picks you up from your hotel at 10 am and from the beach at 5 pm. The main problem is that in August it is simply impossible to be even in the shade after 12 pm, but here you simply have to wait for a transfer. Sun loungers on the beach are installed under stationary canopies. Nearby is a summer restaurant where you can sit and eat or order a cold beer delivery directly to the sun lounger. A small bottle of Efes will cost you 35 lire. The same bottle in the Mall of Dream costs 14.50 lire. There is a shower near the restaurant.
Finally, I will say that it makes sense to buy a tour to this hotel only if the price is low and only for the sake of the sea. It was one of the best beaches in all our years of travel to Turkey and Egypt. And one more thing: we ate watermelon for the whole autumn.
