Lack of meat, sausage and dairy products. No fruit or baked goods. For lunch from a hot dish there were chicken offal and skin, and not appetizing tomatoes stewed in greens with a strong smell of adjika. No, the alternative was to go to the neighboring hotel "Sultan" and fraudulently turn over the bracelet, at least to eat. Of course, those who were with children did so. But people, even in the top three, elementary things - food and cleanliness in Aperion should have been. It is called they came to rest, but it is necessary to get food. It's just ridiculous, it's creepy. Do you think the owner of the hotel did not see such a situation ?? ? Far from it. He came with his family, they set the table for him with completely different dishes, brought wine, served, only he confused something in this life, we came to rest, and not him, and it is his job to meet the hotel guests and serve.
Believe it or not, we were settled in the room at 16-00, and then they already threw the keys, otherwise you will spend the night at the reception. They refused to check into the room, so at 14-00 they went into their room there was dirt, no one did the cleaning, dust, cobwebs, there was no soap or toilet paper, there were no towels at all, the old refrigerator stands with an unpleasant smell and does not turn on, Of course, there is no water in the room, but the concept of the hotel stated how everything should look on the first day of arrival. The TV does not work, there is only interference, the air conditioner is noisy for the whole room, the neighbors nearby asked to turn off the air conditioner, since they cannot lull the child, the audibility is excellent. And in the hotel concept, a two-story bungalow with a balcony and a terrace (tables, chairs, etc. ) sparkles, etc. It is stated in the concept that the hotel was built in 2012, the plumbing is broken, the toilet is not installed, it swings, hot and cold water is turned off, the furniture is old, The area around the bungalow: garbage cans are scattered, hungry cats take all the waste around the bungalow.
