Stayed at this hotel from August 8th to 19th. I'll start with the positives. The sea is not more than 300 meters within walking distance. The presence of a playground. A green area where figs and oranges grow. The abundance of vegetables offered on the menu. Animator offering beach games, etc. Minuses.

Lack of cleaning in the rooms even for payment! (they paid 600 rubles to the maid, took the money but did not clean up), that is, you will not be vacuumed and washed the floors. The same dirt in the bar, etc.
No soundproofing in the bungalow!
Abandoned territory and the presence of some rubbish on it!
The refrigerator and TV antenna did not work in the room (they fixed it themselves), the mattress did not fit the size of the bed in height and width, the air conditioner was located on the second tier of the double bed.
The hotel has a chicken coop! The rooster is always singing. For me, the presence of this in the hotel is at least strange.
Design!! ! It is ugly, made of bricks, stones, mortar and car tires, all painted in strange colors.
There are no meat dishes on the menu, soy and chicken were available. For us it was not critical. But the presence of dirty boiled eggs, a tomato in the sand, ropes in stewed spinach is not acceptable!
No a la carte restaurant advertised!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel is friendly and respectful to the guests. In the evening, there are daily animation shows and a disco by the sea. Also, in the ten days that they rested, there were shows twice with invited folk groups.
In the restaurant, the food is not plentiful in choice, but hearty and well cooked. Lots of vegetables and herbs. Meat lovers may be upset, mostly chicken, there were fish a couple of times, but there are always soy sausages and sausages cooked in different interpretations. The chef is a master of his craft, all dishes are delicious. The bar always has local vodka and gin, Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta. There are no problems with drinking water around the clock, you can take it if not at the bar then at the reception. The rooms are cleaned daily and without reminders. Tipping no one anywhere in the hotel does not require or extort! So you can decide for yourself what you like.

Of course, there were also not quite satisfied visitors, but what do you want from the hotel for the money that you arrived, and so the hotel gives everything one hundred percent with this money, if you want super conditions, pay twice as much and go to the top five there will be everything. I was satisfied with my vacation. You can go on excursions nearby, I advise everyone to an amusement park in Belek, Lord of the Legend, an hour drive from the hotel, I am very impressed with this excursion. When we got off the shuttle bus, my first question was "Where is the hotel?? ". THERE IS NO HOTEL. It's not like resting there, it's impossible to live there. Please don't choose this place. Fruits and cakes are out of the question - a maximum of rotten pears and GREEN tangerines plucked from the nearest tree. The plates are broken. No drinks, not even tea. Water in the cooler and a vending machine with UPI and soda. TERRIBLE UNSANITATION!! ! The dishes are dirty, the tables are not cleaned or wiped, pieces of food are scattered everywhere, the floor is never washed. If you ask for something to be removed, they make a displeased face and lazily trudge along, or pretend that they do not understand either Russian or English.
2. Recreation area: next to the pool, right on the territory (which is already tiny) there is some kind of construction going on, empty plasterboard partitions and heaps of building debris. THE POOL IS SWIMMING GARBAGE, BUGS, PLASTIC CUPS. Nobody cleans up. The slides either do not work, or they work in such a way that the child cannot move out. There is no question of a lifeguard who must monitor safety.
3. Number: we were given a bungalow, I describe it. The door doesn’t close, the furniture is shabby, everything is broken, the drawer was constantly moving forward by itself, the light didn’t work, the air conditioner didn’t work, the shower door was broken, a piece of wallpaper was torn out on the wall (they glued it after the scandal). The road passes through a garbage heap, heaps of construction waste and some kind of desert. ON THE BEACH GARBAGE, BUGS, nothing is cleaned, there are no trash cans. The bar does not work and is a rusty structure. There are no drinks or food. There is no animation. Not even buoys. The shower does not work. There is no toilet.
The staff is arrogant, lazy and cheeky.
The only plus is that the Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby, which allowed us to contact the Pegasus Moscow office and get relocated to another hotel.
A barn for livestock is even cleaner.
Take care of your nerves, avoid this squalor.
