Near the hotel there is a stinky river with dirty fresh water that goes straight into the sea and spreads along the entire coast near the hotel, and people swim in the mud, not in the sea!! ! The first day went fine, not happy with the hotel, food and beach. Hell began on the second day. In the evening, a wasp stung me on the lip ((They are everywhere teeming with bushes, flowers, by the pool. Everything is swollen, I drank suprastin, well, it happens. I woke up in the morning and didn’t understand. Red dots itched on my body. since the number overlooks the river, and they fly in large numbers. I didn’t bother and went to the beach. There were also wasps on the beach, they fly into a glass for lemonade and beer, a nightmare.
In the room I sprayed it with a can before going to bed, I think so that mosquitoes do not bite, and closed the balcony. On the trail. I wake up in the morning and see 10 more bites on my body. I think, well, how can it be! Or maybe it was midges on the street biting at dinner, they also fly and a lot, since there is a river nearby. I think, okay, I'll put on closed things in the evening. At night I woke up from a terrible itch, all these spots itched and itched so much, I could hardly fall asleep. I wake up in the morning and wow!!!! ! There are about 15 more bites on the body: on the palm, on the leg, on the arm. Tracks. I ran to the pharmacy. They gave local antihistamine tablets, such as strong ones, and Fenistil gel.
I drink pills, I smear with ointment, the itching does not go away, the allergy to bites has gone, everything is swollen. Angry, I go to the reception, there are no free rooms, they say "come tomorrow. " I think they solve problems well. I say "process the number. " So they didn't come. I didn't sleep that night again, everything itched terribly. The next morning, you guessed it, another 10 bites. Then I start looking for photos on the Internet and I find - these are bed bug bites, in Turkey all the time, in bad hotels. I run to the reception, sound the alarm, they say they will process the number, wait. I can no longer sunbathe or swim with such a body, it is horror and nervousness. I sit, I wait. A man came and sprinkled the floors. It's all kind of good. All night I am again in torment, smearing myself, not sleeping. I went, I think, I’ll sleep at the reception, I lay down and couldn’t, I went to the room.

The next morning is even worse, about 20 bites all over the body. I run to the reception in a rage, sobbing that I can no longer live like this, that my body is mutilated, everything is swollen, medicines do not help, where is the doctor in the hotel. They say there is none, but for extra. payment will come, look. I'm talking about how much? ? I paid you 30 thousand for this hell. They don't understand the type. I say I won’t live here anymore and I don’t need to change the number, I want to leave the hotel, return the amount for the remaining days to me. They say no, we can only move to another hotel on the second line worse. I say that I do not agree, why, having paid for the five on the first line, should I move to the second? "We can't help you. "
The guide arrived, shocked by my bites, the first time I see this, he says. In the dining room I saw a few more bitten people. The guide talked to the manager of the hotel, he says the money will not be returned. I say “take me to a good hotel, I will pay for the remaining days there, and with this I will write a claim. ” So, on the morning of May 13, I check out of the hotel with my own money ($180) to another premium hotel. I call a doctor in it under my insurance with a deductible of $ 30, they tell me horror and a nightmare, they inject 2 injections, these are bedbug bites and an allergy to them. They prescribed antibiotics, again at my expense. So I left that hotel 5 days early.
I wrote a complaint-claim to Tez Tour to recover money from the hotel and moral damages. You can’t sunbathe and swim, from the whole vacation I swam 1 time. Will the money not be returned? Where's the justice? I do not advise the hotel, the food is bad, the vegetables are not washed, I saw a bunch of bugs on lettuce leaves, it's a pity I didn't take a picture. The dishes are dirty, the booze is terrible, beer is water, it kills from wine immediately like alcohol.
I arrived at a new hotel and immediately began to wash all the things in boiling water, as I read that they were already in the suitcase and living on things. I wash the dress in which I left from there, 3 bug larvae surfaced. Koshmaaaar, I'm just in shock, what a bedbug I got into! Everything is ruined, money wasted, what will be unknown with the body, I’m already in Russia for the third day, I ran to the dermatologist, they prescribed antibiotics and injections, everything still itches! This is the hell I've been to.
