Where's the justice? I do not advise the hotel, the food is bad, the vegetables are not washed, I saw a bunch of bugs on lettuce leaves, it's a pity I didn't take a picture. The dishes are dirty, the booze is terrible, beer is water, it kills from wine immediately like alcohol.
I arrived at a new hotel and immediately began to wash all the things in boiling water, as I read that they were already in the suitcase and living on things. I wash the dress in which I left from there, 3 bug larvae surfaced. Koshmaaaar, I'm just in shock, what a bedbug I got into! Everything is ruined, money wasted, what will be unknown with the body, I’m already in Russia for the third day, I ran to the dermatologist, they prescribed antibiotics and injections, everything still itches! This is the hell I've been to.

I want to say that there are a lot of Germans in this hotel, and the staff only licks them! There is no attention to the Russians, we were convinced of this when we went to eat for the first time. As soon as the Germans come in, they tell them: Hello, what can I bring you to drink? (in German). Quickly run and bring. In Russian: Hello! - you hear very rarely.
The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and leftover food was visible. The food is delicious but not very varied.
The same thing on the beach - they meet the Germans, but they don't give a damn about the Russians!
Very interesting guide - Ekaterina from Pegasus. I was very pleased with the fact that in the dam near the hotel, which was made (some kind of river), not only fish and turtles live, but also RATS !!!!!!! ! It's some kind of bastard!! ! and she says that if you see a rabbit on the pebbles near this river, then THIS IS NOT A RABBIT!! ! It's just a RAT gorged!!! ! Generally wonderful! I personally saw them. The whole rest I thought, how would I not pick up an infection from this rat infection! By the end of the holiday, Ekaterina moved to Egypt, leaving no information to which guide she was referring us.
As for the beach, it's dirty. Drinks on the beach are served (well, who cares - and we Russians went after him ourselves) in dirty glasses. Beer is normal, you can drink.
Animation - good, well done animators. Just did not like that the children's disco was only in German and a couple of songs in English. Not a single Russian song. The child left in tears!
On the last night, the lights were turned off, the generator started right under our windows very loudly, since the child did not wake up. Forty minutes later he was knocked out and the light turned on.
Cleaning in the room - Disgusting!!! ! They cleaned during quiet hours, I had to go out and say so that they cleaned the neighboring rooms more quietly, because from their roar (the videos were carefully removed from the Germans! ) Our child woke up. we have never changed the sheets and the towel was changed only three times. By the end of two days in a row they were not cleaned, and the husband went to the reception on the third day in the hope that the cleaning would be excellent. Yeah - it wasn’t that good, they put bedspreads and towels on the bed, threw out the garbage - and that’s it! They also took the tip!! ! Sand on the bed and the floor is not washed!! ! Just awful!!!
On the day of check-out, we had a departure at 20:20, check-out from the hotel at 16:30, check-out from the room at 12:00. Question: where to sleep the child and where else to spend 4 hours and 30 minutes???
The day before, we went to the reception and asked how we should be, we were told that you can pay extra for these hours and do not check out until 16:30. The asking price is 30 euros. No Problem! , we said! the next day we came with money, but they sent us away, they said there were no places, there were a lot of tourists, your room would already be occupied by others from two o'clock!! ! Go wherever you want. We with a small child, suitcases and luggage settled down in the Lobby Bar, where our child was sleeping on one of the sofas, waking up from every noise!
