Lured by the price, and the level of service is low

Travel time: 22 may — 5 june 2010
I rested with my daughter at the end of May-beginning of June 2010 for 2 weeks, the deluxe room is excellent, but the bed began to be changed on the 2nd week of rest.
We went with a large group (11 people - 6 adults, 5 children). Friends (2 families) lived in family rooms with a balcony, the general air conditioning system coped with difficulty, and with a low ceiling and access to the sunny side during the day, they nullified their stay in the room after dinner (afternoon children's sleep turned into torture, which came through weeks of swearing and complaints from the technicians turned the direction of the air grill down, they said that the air conditioner is now working properly !!! ) In the rooms at the time of arrival there were no signs asking "do not disturb / clean the room" (they were given after 4 days of going to the reception !!! - in my practice of traveling abroad, this is the first case of such grandiose scandals and showdowns), there were no threads, needles, notepads, pens... and other trifles. As for the plates - they insistently demanded them, because the attendants for the first 4 days woke up small children in the afternoon, opening and slamming the doors for cleaning. Then the signs obtained with such difficulty were not hung up, waiting for the room to be cleaned (the staff is leisurely and very forgetful! ).
The food in the restaurant is excellent - there is nothing to complain about, plentiful, tasty, varied, there are almost no queues for food, because the food trays are distributed competently, BUT there were no berries at all in the season, which, in fact, we went to - strawberries and cherries; white watermelon, tasteless melon (their time has obviously not come yet! ), From fruits - only apples and oranges. When they began to complain to the representative of the host, he, looking soulfully into his eyes, said that he had personally seen during the week how strawberries were given a couple of times. No comments....

The most deadly fact was some kind of infection, 3 adults and 3 children from our company were ill (1 child was ill twice) - nausea, vomiting, some have a temperature of under 39, the doctor called takes 30 dollars and makes 1 diagnosis for everyone - acclimatization... (this diagnosis is especially undeniable for my 37-year-old girlfriend at the 3rd week of rest! ) Also this fact without comment....The main thing is not to give children food, bring down the temperature, and prevent dehydration, give drinking water; In 1-2 days everything will pass by itself. There is an infection, you need to be careful - either it's a children's pool, or carelessness in a public toilet, or poorly washed dishes, this remained a mystery to us. The host makes round eyes, beats his chest, claiming that this is an isolated case at the hotel, but when talking with Russians on the beach, they found out that this is almost every second or third family. It is useless to argue, they will talk about your dirty hands, carelessness of children and their overheating on the beach.
The waiters in the restaurant are only able to quickly carry away plates with half-eaten food from under their noses, then their quickness ends - the tablecloths are dirty, you can’t ask for water and clean appliances, there were no toothpicks for the first week of rest at all, napkin holders are regularly empty. In the evening it can be difficult to find a place for dinner, especially if the company is large.
Now for the entertainment. The hotel positions itself as a children's hotel - attentive children's animators, a good evening children's disco. It's all. The vaunted trampoline deflates by 5 pm, our complaints were answered that it was a preventive measure... From 5 pm there is nothing special for children to do there, there is no wooden playground, it is not lit in the evening, the swing at the other end of the hotel is closed. In general, the entire territory of the hotel is poorly lit in the evening, it is dark to walk. Evening shows without drinking a bottle are not recommended to watch, boring and uninteresting, the animation team is frankly weak. Probably, it is focused on a vacationing contingent - about 80% of Scandinavians are Swedes, British, the rest are Slavs - Poles, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians. By the end of the holiday, the number of Russians increased significantly.
On the beach, it is strictly forbidden to move sun loungers to the surf line, we were not warned about this hotel rule in Moscow, we had to talk about this with one of the top managers of the hotel, who graciously allowed our large company to stay on the edge of the beach, but everyone else who also tried move sunbeds, comments were made, managers immediately ran in, forbidding these actions. Then prohibition tapes appeared on the beach, threatening signs, and then these signs appeared on the lawns, they say you can’t walk there either, and then the same prohibitive tape surrounded the children’s toilet - all 4 children’s toilets were clogged, we apologize, they were being repaired for 5 days....

Briefly, we can say about the hotel - excellent food, sandy beach, if you are lucky with the room and carry with diseases, you have a strong nervous system, you are not whimsical and can turn a blind eye to minor flaws (such as a closed safe that opens a week after writing a complaint) , in that case - Welcome! Personally, I was attracted to this hotel by the price, but the service does not correspond to the "pasted" stars. I won’t go here for the second time for anything, but since vomiting and diarrhea bypassed me, I ate plenty, bathed plenty, slept for a year, my daughter danced, bathed, both got tanned - I can say my vacation was a success !! !
