I can say that the principle is not bad, but we will not come to this hotel again.
At first they settled us in a room without a balcony, but then we turned to our operators with a request to change the room, as a result, after 2 days, the rooms were changed to the first floor with a terrace. Our relatives were given a number through the archway from us, the phone in their room did not work, they called the master, and did not come for all the time. Our card didn’t work in the evening, we couldn’t open the number, we went to the reception, they changed the card for us, but it was the same, they called the master, they said it’s right now, we just stood at the door and waited, it turns out the battery was dead, it was changed and we were able to get into the room after an hour.

Every morning at 6 o'clock in the morning I woke up from the fact that there was nothing to breathe, my throat blocked from the pungent smell of the sewer with some kind of mixed chemical, room number 2037:2 building, I got up and ran out to the terrace, even having bought an air freshener the next day, it did not didn’t help, then after half an hour the roosters began to crow, enter the terrace, and what’s more, they stuck around there for almost the whole day, doing all their business right on the floor. The cleaning lady, apparently, did not go to the balcony for the entire time we were there, just cleaning is so-so, they smear water all over the floor with a mop, make the bed and get off in the prince, clean. In the bathroom, the audibility from the next room, as if we were in the same room, you can hear EVERYTHING.
Food is separate. They ate lizhba not to remain hungry, there is a lot of everything, the variety is huge, but everything is not tasty, without salt, well, in general, it is impossible to eat, for a mistake. My daughter ate only croissants, in the morning she took bows of pasta for the whole day. We were in a Turkish restaurant, we ate delicious food there, I recommend it.
All the minuses blocked the pool, it's just awesome and children's areas and for adults. The staff, the service is also great, a very good review about this, the area is clean, well-groomed, they walk around with brooms all day long.
The animators are also at the highest level, responsive, always with a smile, the kids club is also super. Wi-Fi was excellent in the room, free of charge. But again, we will not return to this hotel!
