It took a long time to choose a hotel for a family trip. We chose this one. Unfortunately, I ran into huge problems of inconsistencies between the description of the hotel and reality:
1) They smoke everywhere: in a restaurant, lying on the beach and walking.
2) Slides: hot tiles are not even swept, so even a grain of sand under the foot seems like a needle at an angle. It was enough to lay a path on the tiles only for the last 10 meters. Tiles are very slippery children fall. On the slides themselves (tower) the water is not removed. Dirt brought with feet turns into a small swamp.
3) Food: if you are not a fan of omelettes, potatoes, pizza and pasta, then choosing food will be difficult. Very monotonous food. Moreover, there is either a side dish or a side dish.
4) Renovation of 2018 and does not smell: the room has old furniture (for example, a broken chair and battered single beds - there is a photo), there are a lot of broken tiles around the territory.

5) A small bucket for papers in the bathroom and the lack of cleaning in the room on Monday as part of the "day of the environment"...
6) When it was raining, on the terrace of the Ambrosia restaurant, the water was ankle-deep + it was very slippery. The staff didn't clean anything but the tables. It was scary to walk.
7) The hotel is full. There are not enough sun loungers around the pool. Not all sunbeds are covered. In the evening in the restaurant (interval 1945 - 2015) there are not enough places for everyone.
8) Expensive extras. For example, WiFi 3 euros per day, it is unstable: there is a problem with authorization, it can turn off after 5 seconds after authorization. Orange juice 2 euros.
9) The flooring in the room is tile (I had it), not carpet, as stated in the advertisement.
10) Not enough space to dry swimsuits and towels.
As you can see, problems of this class are not solved at the reception desk.
Output:
the cost of rest in the hotel is overestimated by 30-40 percent. For less cost, I'm willing to put up with the above problems.
