Before departure, I read negative reviews about the rooms in the second building. There are Family rooms with a balcony, which was booked with us. Upon check-in, we were given the keys to the room in this building. And everything would be fine, the room is tolerable, but the air conditioner there practically did not cool. It's so hot! Naturally, they refused to go there. They asked (mindful of the reviews) the 5th building. The administrator said that these are deluxe rooms and are more expensive than our tour package. As a result, we were offered to pay 400 c. u. e. against a check. There was nothing left to do.
The air conditioning worked great there. Large spacious rooms, plasma screens, solid furniture, full-length mirrors, a removable shower are pluses. Of the minuses: unpleasant odors from the air conditioning system (it is, guys, rather outdated). However, it stinks from time to time. Fungus in the bathroom on the ceiling. A huge black plyamba, which was periodically whitened by workers. But the next day she showed up again. On the last day, water dripped from the ceiling, but this no longer concerned us. Number 5050, just in case.
From good. Beautiful blooming large area. Huge swimming pool, divided into many zones. They swam with large circles, mattresses, and no one interfered with anyone. Animation super! Animators entertain guests all day long. And fitness and dancing and competitions in the pool. Water gymnastics. In a word, they tried, well done! The beach is gorgeous and wide. There were always seats, you never had to take them. The sea is pleasant. Light-light storm. The only time we were there was biting fish in the morning. The water is clear, the fish swarm and bite hard. They were gone after dinner. Three water parks For adults, children (I liked it) and for very little ones. For children, this hotel is a paradise.

The food is excellent! Lots of meat, there were fish days. Baked salmon is something! Once a week they brought out huge ice cream cakes. To music with torches, such an edible show. Spectacular and very tasty. Drinks are so-so. The waiters are mostly tortured and angry. It is very rare to see a friendly waiter.
The hotel has a majority of Europeans and Scandinavians. There are few Russians, even fewer Ukrainians. At least we hardly met. In the restaurant, of course, foreigners are singled out. They are treated more kindly. But this is not news. This is the case in many hotels. By the way, vacationers were divided depending on the country of residence by different colors of bracelets. Shows are a must in the evening.
I would like to note the cleaning. Cleaned every day, changed towels every day. Friendly, smiling maids. Once I spent almost the whole day in the room, so the maid waited for me to come out and cleaned up! In general, I liked everything. In addition to the cooling system. Agree in the heat under 40 without air conditioning is hard. Who doesn't mind, go ahead.
