Very large, green, beautiful, well-maintained, thoughtful, high-quality hotel FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN! We arrived together with a friend, and after a few hours, my head was already bursting from the child's cry.
PEOPLE
The contingent is mostly Europeans (for example, England, Germany, Austria, Denmark. Once I heard Poland. France, Spain and Italy I didn’t see), Turkey also rests here. There are Russians, much less than the rest, but noticeable. There is almost no Ukraine (except for us, I saw only one family company
BEACH
Gorgeous beach! Long, wide, sandy.
It could be a bit crowded under the awnings, there are sun loungers nearby, but the awnings themselves, although long, are not wide, because there was no anthill, that's for sure. You could move away, that's all. And even more so, pushing your sunbed into the sun - there was enough space so that there would be no one around in a couple of meters.
The sea is steamy, pleasant. The depth is just a few meters. There are small fish in the sea that suddenly pinch (do not bite, but pinch), some more, some less. The bar on the beach was open from 11-30, it's not very convenient.
I did not pay much attention to cleaning the beach. Cigarette butts came across, but where would we be without them. Not much and did not interfere.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is huge, different sections, fountains, artificial rocks, the music is pleasant, the slide is a pirate ship for children (separate from the largest sections, thank God! otherwise it would be an overdose of children... ). There are a lot of sunbeds, there is always a place.
The most successful sunbeds are occupied by especially redneck families from early morning and night, although hotel rules forbid this. (and on the beach)
ROOM
Building 4 with a good repair, elevator, well maintained. The rest, I'm sure, too, but since I haven't seen it, I can't confirm.
We bought a VIP suite, knowing that it was a two-room suite and hoping that it would be the best one and everyone would have their own territory and excellent "VIP" service. Everything was wrong! A two-room suite, yes, but one room is a very small living room, and the second bedroom has a double bed. And everything would be fine, but the living room is separate (! ) and it’s not at all clear why it is needed, who leads guests to sit in a room at a resort ? ? There is a sofa, a cross, a table, a wardrobe and a TV.
Each room has a balcony, in the bedroom there is a normal standard balcony with a lattice on the left and straight and with a concrete wall on the right, and in the living room - like a recess in the wall, a niche. Not comfortable.
And all the VIP rooms, as it turned out, with one double bed, despite the fact that when we bought the tour, we separately noted that we needed separate ones!
Although we slept on the double without any problems, it is really big. We didn’t want to spoil our vacation and waste time on disassembly.
There is something like a dressing room - between the bathroom and the bedroom there is a niche with a wardrobe and a bookcase.
The bathroom is standard, with a bathtub. But I did not like that the shower head was not removed, it is attached and only spins.
In general, the room is of good quality, repair is good. Everything worked.
Soundproofing is good, nothing interfered.
The view was on the lawn, the restaurant and the pool (looked through the trees) - cozy, in general. The smell from the restaurant was occasionally, but what can you do, the building is nearby, it is not critical.
CLEANING
Beds were made and pretty much everything! The towels were changed for the first few days, and then it’s not clear... obviously our towels (we accidentally put spots and they became a distinguishing feature)) were again folded on the shelf, despite the fact that we threw them on the floor. But they were fresh to the touch . . I didn’t understand, in general. The floor was not cleaned, the glasses were not washed . . in the living room, the sand on the linoleum was not removed at all, it lay there for half a week! (We did not specifically touch). Garbage was thrown out selectively - they cleaned it in the bedroom, and in the bathroom, for example, fleece was in the trash... The bathroom was not washed.
All this, most likely, could be solved with a complaint, but somehow we were not up to it . . We survived, it's not rats in the room))
Only because of the situation with the room and cleaning I put 4 in the Service and Accommodation columns.
ANIMATION TEAM
There are many of them, they have quality evening shows, for which they are five. But during the day I was not satisfied with them. I would like more attention from them, since only the two of us arrived, a friend to read and lie by the water, and sometimes I was bored, I wanted to be entertained (which they should do). And I mostly saw them only running from afar or didn’t see them at all.
But again, the shows were at a very good level!
After the show, they moved to a bar (which, by the way, is surrounded by a swimming pool - beautiful, large, also with different sections), there they occasionally went to talk to people, but more often they sat down at someone's table and sat there all the time. Boredom.
Then the evening gatherings after the show at the bar should have continued at the disco, but almost no one gets there.
Beach disco, at 23-30 (drinks are free until 1 am), but there are 15 people on average. Yes, and sit at tables, not dance.
They play good music, but no one appreciates it : ) Another proof of the family nature of the hotel.
FOOD - the usual . . tasty, a lot. Yes, the menu for the most part repeats itself every day, but there are so many that I don’t see this as a problem. And those who find fault with this moment (there was in the comments) - show me what and how varied you eat at home!...
RESTAURANT
Well, yes, the tables were not always cleared, but sit at another table or ask to be cleared. The waiters could just not be in time. Here I have no complaints.
I liked that there were racks with condiments and sauces.
THE SHOPS
There are shops, there are many of them, but it is better to buy everything outside the hotel, it will be cheaper. Well, perhaps some small things can be . .
TOTAL, the disadvantages described by me are trifles, something that can be easily experienced, because the hotel itself as a whole is really very good ! ! (the cons are always written much more readily than the pros)). Really thought out, infrastructure is very high level, Really beautiful territory!!

After the holidays, I can neither see nor hear the children. There is an overabundance of them there and they rarely shine with a good upbringing, this, of course, is not the problem of the hotel, but of the parents, but on vacation it also becomes a problem for other vacationers.
