Rested with my wife and daughter 2 years for 2 weeks in this hotel.
First, the pros - Excellent well-groomed territory, friendly staff, good SPA Center, normal entry into the water on the beach, the situation in the rooms is normal, there is everything you need (even in the economy : ). Yes, yes, like many other Russian-speaking people, they first settled in an economy room in front of the hotel entrance without a balcony, with a blind window and no ventilation in the bathroom, there was still the same smell. And ordered and paid for 2 months before the trip was a superior sea view. The next day they tried to move to a simple standard, it did not work out. As a result, after talking with the reception and with a guide about drawing up an act and moving to another hotel, they settled in a family room. The room is excellent, everything worked, the balcony is large. The minibar is replenished 2 times a week, mineral water without gas is freely available in refrigerators throughout the territory. The beds are comfortable. Towels were changed as you throw them on the floor, linen - every 3 days. Vacuumed, washed the floor - cleaning is excellent.
SPA Center - my wife and I took a course of massages, the price is normal, the quality is excellent. Also available is a good hammam, sauna and indoor pool.
Beach - sand mixed with pebbles, there are always free sunbeds. Entry into the water is normal, my daughter enjoyed swimming in the sea (after the Botanist with his beach is just super). The water during our stay was 27-29 degrees. There were almost always waves, sometimes quite strong. There is a constant wind. The sand is not cleaned from cigarette butts. The sunbeds are all grey, dirty.
4 outdoor pools, they themselves did not swim, but in the evenings I saw that they were being "vacuumed". There were always free sun beds around them. Near the pools, as always, young and middle-aged Germans. German pensioners - on the beach : ).
Staff bartenders, waiters, maids - excellent, friendly (I speak Turkish a little), always tried to help. But they do not understand Russian, because others had problems explaining themselves. Russian is spoken by the guest-relationship Irena (sitting non-stop at the reception, responds inadequately to criticism, lies in the eyes) and Lesya (reception worker, helped us a lot).
2 children's clubs - Tukan - excellent (Dasha and Taras - super), Fanny - normal, during our visit there were no Russian animators in Fanny.
Nutrition is a separate issue. It was possible to feed a child normally only for dinner, and even then not always. Well, we do not eat french fries with ketchup and fried for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The declared children's table is a microwave and a blender, which is washed only if asked. For 8 days I tried to cook milk porridge during our vacation, only after writing a complaint they began to pour cooked rice, semolina and oatmeal with milk in the morning (they didn’t cook it). There was an impression of global savings on everything. Lunch is mostly fast food and only at the pool bar and beach. The concept of the hotel. . .
It is also worth noting that what is there is fresh, it has never been poisoned. Although it's small, it's a plus : ) We drank mineral water, cola. I bought juices in packages for myself and my daughter in Kizilot - less than a kilometer from the hotel towards Alanya - 2 shops and a pharmacy. There is also milk, sweets, etc.
Communicated with other vacationers - they were satisfied : ). But a little. There were more dissatisfied - they did not like the food, some came a second time and compared to last year, the food has deteriorated greatly. Also, dissatisfaction was caused by a dirty beach and lack of knowledge of the Russian language by the staff.
