Subsequently, when communicating with other vacationers, it became clear that this situation is quite common here, moreover, they will still try to prove to you that the rooms of the 3 star category and the 5 star category are identical and equivalent. This is a complete lie and disrespect!! ! Therefore, I definitely do not recommend the hotel. To repeated requests to fix the problem (they applied three times, specially brought to the room to make sure that this fact really takes place), they agreed, answered that yes, of course, we will certainly figure it out, but at the same time nothing changed from day to day. . . to the request to relocate - the answer is “there are no free rooms”, as a result, the room was still found after three days of problems with the sewerage (after hysteria with tears in my eyes)
Bad wifi. There are no rooms at all, the reception catches very badly. They know about the problem, they say "difficulties with the service provider" (literally)
The problem with sunbeds near the pool - although at first glance there are a lot of them, after 8 in the morning it is difficult to find 2 adjacent empty sunbeds. Vacationers occupy from 6 am. There are no such difficulties near the sea, but you don’t really buy there with a small child - the entrance is pebbles, the sea is restless, strong waves, and most importantly, the entrance to the sea is very sharp, three steps - and already a depth of 1.5 meters, Generally not for small children. Therefore, we swam mainly in children's pools - by the way, smoking is allowed there! For me personally, it was a shock to watch how adults calmly smoke nicotine both on their own and on other people's babies.
Number scam!! ! This simply should not be in a self-respecting hotel! The hotel has two buildings - a new one, with new furniture, plumbing, etc. , and an old one, with cheaper rooms. We initially decided not to save on vacation, so we bought a ticket to a new building with a sea view. What a surprise it was when upon arrival we were settled in an old house on the third floor without an elevator (this is important for a family with a stroller) in the 3-star category with a view of the roof of the lower floor. The room has shabby furniture, dirty bedspreads, sofas in incomprehensible stains... after we contacted the agency where we purchased the ticket and sent a photo of our room, a written answer came - this is some kind of mistake, demand relocation to a new building. It is not clear why we should spend our nerves on vacation and seek to get a room in the building for which we paid in advance and which should have been booked for us. In the end, nevertheless, they moved to a new building, the room there was really good. Only this happened after the tour operator TUI was threatened with a court on his return to Russia for non-compliance with the terms of the contract. Subsequently, when communicating with other vacationers, it became clear that this situation is quite common here, moreover, they will still try to prove to you that the rooms of the 3 star category and the 5 star category are identical and equivalent. This is a complete lie and disrespect!! ! Therefore, I definitely do not recommend the hotel. Not the first time we have a rest in Turkey and for the first time instead of good memories of the rest - such a disappointment and an unpleasant aftertaste.

We chose a hotel in Tuya's office in St. Petersburg, as everyone dreamed of a vacation and the sea. The hotel was praised in every possible way by Tui's managers, and we decided to go there.
We flew with I Fly from St. Petersburg, there are no complaints against the carrier, the only thing is that the flight from Turkey was delayed for 2 hours, but this is normal for charters during the season.
The road to the hotel takes 2 hours. The hotel is located on the very outskirts, we were brought last (the last 20 minutes we drove in an unknown direction through the fields). Then hell began! Settled in a room in a new building, was originally paid for the room supervisor. This is something) 25 sq. m. We are two adults and a 13 year old daughter. That is, the tour was paid for three adults. There are 2 beds in the room and a folding bed is attached. Actually, all the space is occupied by them. Mega small balcony, with a piece of the sea, though in the distance. I will say right away, from this building to the sea 1 km, though through the territory of the hotel, but still! By the time you get there, you'll be tired) The bathroom is a masterpiece of design ideas: namely, WITHOUT DOORS! We have never seen this. Of course, we immediately came to the reception, the Russian-speaking girl said with a smile, yes, we understand everything, everyone complains, but today there’s nothing to be done, come tomorrow at 13.00. times more and the door to the restroom is present.
Restaurants: dirty tablecloths every day, dirty, greasy appliances. Plates are basically non-washable. Most likely just rinsed. It is useless to approach and show to managers, waiters, they put the same ones from the stations. On all claims, stupid smiles on their faces. But this is not the worst. The food is disgusting. And this is infinitely important when there is not a single restaurant in the area, except on the territory of this infernal hotel. Everything is basically sauce, meat, chicken, fat to the point of impossibility. They don’t spare tomato paste. I understand when you need an abundance of tomatoes, spices, etc. The fish that is written about in all the reviews. It is eaten every day, both at lunch and dinner. But it tastes terrible. But this is not the main thing, one day the sea bream was frankly rotten. The smell spread throughout the restaurant. I went up to the waitress and offered to just smell it. Then they called the chef . . It was useless to unlock, so they just apologized and with the same stupid smile removed all the rotten meat. The salads are disgusting, everything is dumped in one heap. the composition of these salads is a surprise for those who eat them. Honestly, we did not even dare to try. By the way, shrimp, mussels, etc. , are not at all. Everything that is not eaten at lunch flows over to dinner, in processed form. This is in short. Sweets are tasteless. Fruits (apples, oranges, cherries, pears, watermelons) and vegetables of terrible quality. When you enter a restaurant, it feels like you are in an anthill. At lunch, in wet swimsuits, they plop down on the sofas, they are then wet. But even for dinner, hotel visitors do not bother to dress especially... shorts. T-shirts, aunts in bathrobes . .
I got poisoning on the second day of my stay and was sick the whole vacation. I didn’t self-medicate, I turned to local doctors through the insurance company. A separate story. They bring them to a kennel with a red cross. They put droppers and send them to the hotel. still have to pay the franchise.
Sea. When choosing a hotel for us, an important condition that we announced to the managers of the TUI agency was a sandy beach. To which we received an assurance that it would be so in Side in this hotel. Bottom line: the coast is dirty ground pebbles, the entrance to the sea is large pebbles. terrible, some people suffer, some in rubber slippers. Well, as I already wrote, from the main building to the sea 800 m.
Staff. Worse service than in this hotel we have not seen. And there is nothing to compare with. I have been in Turkey more than once. And now I compare it with hotels in Turkey, 5 stars, in a relatively similar price category. They do not say hello in principle. Not friendly, to put it mildly. Despite the fact that this is a TUI hotel!
Animation. Level - village. Indeed there is something to compare, these guys do not deserve to be called animators in principle.
And at the end. Contingent: most citizens of Ukraine, Belgium, Poland, Germans (little). Level, the same as the animators.

Someone was more fortunate to get wifi from the pools, although I don’t know what is better to suffer with local wifi or Turkish roaming. A lot has been written about the rooms of this hotel, I want to add that the refrigerator (minibar) did not work for us, electricity went out at night, a repairman was called in the morning and after an hour of waiting we left for breakfast. On the second day, the shower ran out of shampoo, so until the end of the holiday, he did not appear there. In the room, regardless of the number of residents, the key card is issued one . . a complete inconvenience. Apparently they are worried about electricity consumption : ) The food is below average . . it doesn’t fit into the price of a ticket... I forgot what heartburn is for a long time, I remembered here... It’s hot in the main restaurant, most of the air conditioners do not work. Most likely save on electricity. Ice cream is handed out an hour a day by the pool. The queue runs like in the Mausoleum. Fu, what meanness... what is this ?? ? deficiency or greed? And explain to the children that ice cream should be received as a reward for the heat queue test....What else to add ??? ! Any problems that are reported by phone to the reception are solved for a long time... with an agonizing wait. It looks like they save on staff too.
Separately, I want to say about the restaurants. We were in Italian (one visit is free). I don't know why this Italian eatery is called a restaurant. The restaurant should have a menu and a bunch of dishes of the corresponding cuisine to choose from. I would call this "restaurant" an Italian army canteen. There is no menu, and they deliver the same food to everyone. Of all the public catering establishments known to me, only in the army (well, or school) canteen everyone eats what they have cooked. And they cooked there, by the way, what I can cook myself - cheese puree soup and pasta....Not a restaurant, but a misunderstanding.
The hotel proudly hung 5 stars on its chest, but there are so many annoying little things that the whole holiday is a complete disappointment. I wrote about some in detail, but more can be added for completeness of understanding.
There is a toilet on the territory of the children's club, one evening there was stupidly no light in it, the other it was generally closed... just like in Ukraine everything . .
Near the children's pool (for the smallest ones), to the left of the entrance to the territory of the children's club, toilets work during the day (they are the most popular, there is a bar nearby and go there from all pools), but at 17.30 they are closed, while all the people are all even near the pools. Funny metamorphosis! Why they are closed for me remains a mystery!
The spa area has an indoor pool. We went to the hammam after dinner, while it was hot as hell outside. After the hammam it was a pleasure to swim in the indoor pool, but from time to time we stumbled upon a closed door. At the same time, no cleaning or other manipulations with the pool were carried out. You involuntarily recall your native Soviet of Deputies...
Many toilets have motion sensors. I sat down on the potty, the light went out... sit in the dark, write a review of the hotel... wrote a review, waved his hands, the light turned on, finish the procedure : ))
The children's pool area is fenced with such a fence in the form of large stones. And this knee-high fence blocks the path that people walk from the two pools to the toilet (which closes at 17.30). All day long, citizens of all ages and nationalities jump over these stones with laudatory thoughts about the architect who erected this miraculous obstacle on one of the busiest paths of this hotel. More than once we have witnessed the broken legs of unfortunate vacationers jumping over this pile of stones.
Lots of annoying little things like that. To state everything, you need to walk the whole rest with a notebook and fix it so as not to forget. I think that's enough for my review....
Conclusion: the hotel is not worth the money spent, we will not go there again! Rested in July 2018
