We were with my seven-year-old son in the hotel for a week - we were full to the ears, we will not go there again. Because there is something to compare with : ( I will try to give an objective assessment of the hotel for those tourists to whom it may be useful.
So,
TERRITORY: large well maintained, BUT the hotel is located away from shopping centers, etc. besides, it is Russian tourists who are always settled in terrible economy rooms at the beginning... we were immediately settled in a more or less normal building by the sea (without $ 20), but this is rather an exception.
ROOMS: the floors are TILE (the carpet was replaced with tiles in all rooms), i. e. the floor is cold, especially for toddlers. The hotel was not ready to receive tourists - every third light bulb does not work in the corridors, in some places the paint on the buildings was scuffed, etc. . .

FOOD: French fries, pasta, and hamburgers for lunch are offered for all meals. There are vegetables in raw and stewed form. Meat (beef) is only in the form of meatballs and sometimes in small pieces. Chicken every day, but not at every meal. Little fish, no seafood at all. Of the fruits, there were only oranges and apples, sometimes watery pears, for breakfast - grapefruits. Strawberries were given once in portions in plates of three berries, poured with custard (not even cream) and you had to stand in line : )))). The same with ice cream. Once a day, there is a queue at the pool and the boy gives everyone a horn, into which he scantily picks one or two widths. If you want more, go stand in line again.
For children in the morning, eat porridge and steamed vegetables for dinner.
In general, the food was frankly DELICIOUS and it was not clear how it was cooked... many tourists suffered from bloating, why I don’t know (either they fry in bad oil, or add some spices), so tea with fennel and chamomile flew with a bang. By the way, THERE IS NO NATURAL COFFEE IN THE HOTEL! only nescafe....and here's another thing - mashed potatoes and potato croquettes are made from powder (you know, we sell it in bags - you just need to pour boiling water over it, rubbish is rare). In short - food like McDonald's.
There were clearly not enough waiters, so if you go to dinner half an hour after it starts, you will collect cutlery from neighboring tables - what is left... well, or wait about eleven minutes - until they bring it...
POOL: the pools are clean, but the area around them is not cleaned during the day, i. e. sun loungers often stand in puddles! Savings on staff again...
the depth of the pools is 145 cm, 30 (paddling pool) and 110 - in the water park (near the water slides).
ATTENTION TO PARENTS WITH CHILDREN: THERE IS NO STAFF ON THE SLIDES (WATER PARK). I PERSONALLY HELPED TO PUMP OUT A SIX-YEAR-OLD CHILD DROWNED IN THE WATER PARK POOL, WHICH YET NOBODY SEES SLIDED OFF THE SLIDE!!!
the doctor was found in 5 minutes, but even after that there was still no staff on the slides, and I also didn’t see a single lifeguard at the sea on the beach. As I understand it, the economy is in this...
SEA AND BEACH: pebbles, old sunbeds, very steep descent into the sea - almost immediately deep. Definitely not suitable for children.
ANIMATION - mediocre, but it is. A kids club is open for a couple of hours twice a day.
In general, the rest was saved only by good weather......
THEREFORE, I WISH YOU GOOD WEATHER, THE REST - DEPENDS ONLY ON YOUR RIGHT CHOICE, including the HOTEL : ))))))
