The hotel was chosen for a long time, because. the trip was planned for three weeks. After reading last year's reviews, I was expecting something completely different.

My check-in went quickly, because. I paid for a room with a direct view of the sea, there are few such rooms in the hotel, therefore they settled immediately. Room on the 5th floor 5439. The first few days there was no food, well, I thought the beginning of the season, later I realized there was nothing to wait! I took fish several times, it’s not possible to eat it - it’s just raw !! ! Look very carefully, in such heat from such a fish can be a problem! The only thing left was the chicken. Which a week later it was impossible to eat! A few times there was also something like goulash. And that's it! Normal dinner was only twice a week. This is Friday - "White Party" and Sunday - "Turkish Night! " Only on this day there were 3 hot dishes, baklava and a large selection of fruits! So if you are planning a good and varied meal, you definitely do not come here!! ! Of the big minuses, I want to note the boorish behavior and attitude towards Beach Boy tourists! He never brought mattresses, he went all the time shouting at me and the child... don’t take it, don’t spill sand, don’t carry glasses, etc. One day, I just had to send him away! Didn't fit anymore. Another minus is the road to the beach, for us personally as a child it took 10 minutes. But believe me, walking at +35 in the scorching sun, uphill is very tiring . . The child barely reached, even took it in her arms. In the first 10 days there was juice in bags on the beach, and then they simply stopped pouring it, when I asked the manager why, I received a rude answer...
Animation in the hotel. In fact, there are 27 of them. At least three guys were from Ukraine. But believe me, they never approached me and my child! But they were constantly spinning around the Germans . . The animator sees such an indifferent team for the first time! Children's animation - ZERO!! ! Spent a lot of money for the entertainment of the child. (because everything in the hotel - a trampoline, carousels, cars, cotton candy, popcorn - everything is paid! I had to buy and take my child myself. Because the kids club is a complete disaster. On the second day, they came to meet us. met not a pleasant girl, with a rude voice - Tamara (German in my opinion). She shouted at the child so much that she completely refused to go to the mini-club! They are still somehow following the Turkish children, ours is completely ignored! I stood personally and saw how she yelled at a boy of five years old !!!
Summing up, I want to say. The hotel did not fully meet my expectations for a good stay! The bright impression was only excellent, warm sea and a nice room! Everything else does not deserve a rating of 5, and even more so for a five-star hotel with ultra all-inclusive service! We will not return to this hotel!
