We arrived at this hotel on 16.06. We settled quickly! Visually, the hotel is really not old. There is practically no children's animation, it is terrible. I liked the food, the selection is good. Now attention!! ! Our child developed a terrible allergy in the form of a cough, almost to the point of vomiting. As a result, after the next washing of the room by the attendants, everything escalated and it became clear that this was the reason. The attendants simply pour a lot of chemicals into the water from the heart, which leads to allergies. We reported this to the reception and asked not to wash the room. At the reception, Daria (Russian-speaking) said that she would report everything to the cleaning service. We had to manually wash the entire room and how surprised we were that there was a lot of dirt (photo attached). That is, cleaning essentially tells the dirt in the middle of the rooms and that's it. Dust is not selected at all. We reported this to the reception. The show began when, after 2 days, they again washed the room and the child immediately began to cough when he came in. We called the reception manager and he turned on the fool that he did not understand what happened.
