I bought a tour for 2 people with breakfast for 6 nights and 7 days with a transfer to and from the hotel for 70.000. As a result, I can say that the hall is beautiful, I think that means everything is ok in the room) yeah. They took 25€ to check in 4 hours earlier, paid ok. Then, when we booked the tour, we immediately wrote that the room should be on the Bosphorus, as a result, going into room 2, floor 238, opened the window and was horrified by a blood stain everywhere, very dirty windows, like the rooms are sticky, then the view, of course, is garbage and slum. I went downstairs to change the room, as they promised me another one, they refused to change the room, they said if you want a beautiful view, pay 10.000 €, I was shocked, as if I had asked them to sell their fucking hotel.
There is no kettle in the room, no normal hair dryer, no shampoo, no shower gel, no tea, no glasses, no bathrobes. They threw a scandal brought bathrobes, but throughout the entire stay in this hotel they were never changed. Sockets 2 and then not near the bed, room 3 for 2 maximum. This is fucked up guys, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. By the way, I forgot about breakfast, moldy bread, scrambled eggs, honey, simit, and sausages, it's always the same. They kicked us out at 12 o'clock, we sit waiting for the car until 9 pm, super, we said that we bought a ticket for 7 days and 6 nights, how it turned out that after spending 5 days in this hotel we were kicked out, I don’t understand. They don't listen to their guests, they don't care and hu* they laid on you, so that's it, have a good rest)
