Horrible hotel and staff!
Sometimes, a hotel's impression isn't formed by the furniture, the view, or the breakfast. Or even the room itself. It's how they treat you when a problem arises. We checked into the hotel around 9:00 PM and immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Horrible and disgusting
This is the most horrible and disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Even though I had paid 100% in advance for a special offer two months in advance, they simply wouldn't let me in.

Convenient location but hotel manager is rude
The room is not new, the plumbing is old and shabby, the air conditioner did not work in the room (we asked several times to fix the air conditioner, but never received a repair), uncomfortable beds and mattresses, cleaning is done poorly.

Average hotel
Advertising photos of hotel rooms do not correspond to reality. The standard single room we were accommodated in, with a window into the elevator shaft. Room without window and hood.

Discovering Istanbul
As you know, success in any business is determined by two main features. Firstly, this is how much you achieved the goals you set for yourself, and secondly, how much it cost you, in all senses, of course, and not just financially.

rudeness
I found the right hotel for me to spend my vacation and emailed them to contact me because I wanted to discuss reservations and get my questions answered. TO WHICH THIS MISCARRIAGE WRITES ME THIS.

Divan Istanbul
Every time, almost every year, my husband and I stay in this hotel. There were even before the reconstruction ...The hotel did not become worse. Service, staff, cleanliness and comfort - all very worthy.

Terrible place that can hardly be called a hotel
On the day of arrival, we were told that we had an economy room (that is, the room is in the basement), but on the first day we were settled on the 2nd floor. The bed linen is dirty, they asked us to change the linen for 40 minutes, as a result we were moved to another room.

Divan Istanbul
The hotel is located in an excellent respectable area of Taksim, within walking distance a la Arbat local))) shops, cafes, etc. , you can walk everywhere if you need a metro station nearby, literally 300-500 meters.

The most criminal hotel in Istanbul
Such lawlessness as The Green Park Merter 5 * I have not seen in any hotel in Turkey. Instead of relaxing in a five-star hotel, we had to call the police for 2 days on the fact of a robbery from a hotel room.
