Arrogant, arrogant staff selling your booked Standard room and trying to prove with a smirk that this little room under the roof, where there is nowhere even to turn around alone, is your room. There were no glasses in the room, let alone a kettle. There are two for two people! towels and more! The bed linen is washed and torn, there is no balcony, although it is declared in the standard room. I won’t describe more horrors, I don’t even want to remember this hell and a sleepless night, I’ll say that the next day we moved to another hotel. Fortunately, the tour operator was on our side, otherwise we would have called the police for sure. If you want to ruin your vacation, go here. All the good reviews about this hotel are lies!
