Overall, not bad. The main advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to most of the sights of Istanbul. Plus - a five-minute walk to the T1 tram stop (an excellent means of transportation for tourists - from the Theodosius Wall through the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet and Galata to Kabatash (Dolmabahce Palace).
The hotel itself is a little "tired" and needs a bit of a refurbishment. But - very clean, cleaned only in the absence of the tenant. There is a modern elevator (even two - the second one is hidden behind an ordinary wooden door). Atmospheric - sofas, carpets, mirrors, porcelain collection - normal family Turkish boutique hotel with obligatory cat at the entrance.
Communication with the staff stimulates the study of English, but the guys are great - they gave me a map; everything that is needed, prompted; boarding pass printed out.

Breakfasts are normal. Yes, not the Antalya belly festival, but for breakfast it is quite enough - coffee, scrambled eggs, cheeses, jams, pastries. It is a pity that the restaurant on the terrace does not work - the view of Hagia Sophia is amazing! However, two steps away you can find food in fifty restaurants, and there is a supermarket two blocks away.
Both in the morning and in the evening the street is quite calm, there is no noise from the tram, a large flow of tourists and the screams of sellers.
The room was comfortable. Light, without flashy colors. Comfortable bed, table and armchair, free safe in the closet, mini-bar (extra charge). The kettle was missing. Comfortable shower in the marble bathroom. Shampoo and soap were added every day, a whole collection has accumulated. Powerful hairdryer. TV with one Russian channel (where are the Ukrainian ones? . . ), several English and Arabic ones.
Guests from everywhere - Turks, slaves, Palestinians, Germans, Chinese, Ukrainians. the hotel was full, but it was quiet, no one bothered anyone. All in all. a very convenient hotel for tourists who come to Istanbul to explore the classic set of attractions.
