I have been flying to Istanbul for work since 2008, namely to the Laleli area. Believe me, I have been to almost all budget hotels in this area, but the best one is Dark Hill! Clean, tidy, it’s after renovation, nice cozy and spacious rooms, there are rooms without windows, but if you ask well, they can replace it (without any additional payments), but as a rule these are one local rooms, in Istanbul almost all one local without windows either the window opens into the shaft. Two local excellent. Good breakfasts, delicious buns. . . the choice is varied. Beautiful sea view from the top floor restaurant.
