I stayed at this hotel with my daughter. The impression of the hotel was completely spoiled by the receptionist Murad Karaca - an ill-mannered and impudent type! When paying for the hotel, he “didn’t have change” and with the words “don’t worry, I’ll give it back in the evening” brazenly deceived us! In the evening, he said tomorrow, then again tomorrow... after that he said that he could not give it back, since it was an irrevocable deposit... That's just for what and why he refused to explain.
Before the flight, I asked to print out my boarding passes, to which another hotel employee answered positively, but Murad intervened in the conversation and said flatly that he would not print it out as a matter of principle! The feeling that I came to his house and live there for free, moreover!
Outrageous!!! ! Thief and boor!!! ! As soon as the hotel management turns a blind eye to all this? Either they don't know about it, or they don't care about the customers. . .
