Children's sheets that do not completely cover the bed. We had only 3 places for 5 blankets. My husband went down to the reception twice, where a grandmother from the Soviet of Deputies met him and said they say "it's raining, now I won't give you, come later", the second time "there is no maid now, come later" . Well, for the third time I went down and after I said that I would leave a bad review, the maid was found, and the blankets were lifted into the room. For the entire stay in the suite, they did not clean it once and left 3 garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper. We had to take out the trash ourselves.
As for the audibility in the room, it’s just rubbish, when the children ran, all the walls were cowardly, I’m already silent for the screams that we, sleeping on this children’s couch, came to us in the corridor.
And the most interesting thing is that they check out at 9 am. This is the first time I see and hear this. In general, the husband went to the reception to say that they took the number. And here again this grandmother of the "Sovdepiya" they say leave and then I will accept it. They brought her the keys, and they themselves went to breakfast. And then she meets us and says "where is the knife? " We never saw a knife in the room. And I still don’t understand why we need to take a knife with us. In the trail, she shouted to us "it's on your conscience. " And by the way, if we needed garbage bags or toilet paper, we had to come to her and ask. It's just tin... Fu, that's just why there was only one negative from this "Source of Health", they came to rest, but in the end they left with a negative.

Also, we paid not only for the room, but we had to pay for food in the dining room. Adult - 220, children - 180 UAH. The female cook is very good, she will always adapt to the child and fulfill his every whim. This is a very big plus. The food itself tastes like in any ordinary dining room.
For ourselves, we concluded that we will not go there to rest for sure, and we will not recommend this place to our friends.
