A company (three families, all with children) came to this hotel on the recommendation of a friend who had a rest in 2011 in this hotel. . .
VERY important to say about the beach!!! ! The site says that the hotel has its own clean beach with umbrellas and awnings... which makes up the overall high, by the standards of Gengorka, the cost of living in this hotel... 300-350 meters to the beach along the path along which snakes, in particular vipers....Yes, the beach is cleaned, there are awnings and umbrellas, but if you think that you, as hotel guests, have a priority right to use the beach, umbrellas and awnings, you are very mistaken... Everyone is allowed on the beach for 5 hryvnia... and, you , coming with children to the beach at 9.00-9.30, you will find a place under an umbrella or a canopy with great difficulty... Therefore, a hotel with its own beach....this is that “clean” place on the beach, where a company of drunk people will sit next to your small children , drink vodka, extinguish gobies in the sand, throw cups, etc. and sorry for the details, their children will poop in the sand, and the parents just sprinkle it with sand. There is no toilet on the beach, so adults go big and small in a small wasteland, next to the path to the beach, you can imagine the smell for yourself....
We tried to talk to the owner of the hotel and, very politely, ask them to introduce some rules of conduct on their OWN beach, such as: not drinking strong alcoholic drinks, smoking away from children and vacationers, for example, next to the trash cans standing at the entrance to the beach... What , we heard the answer of the hostess that “they will not control the behavior of people on the beach, if you don’t like something, make comments to this company yourself. They don’t care who and what is doing there....in the morning the beach will be clean again....And in general, get up early and take your place under the awnings...." …
We tried to argue that one of the decisive criteria for choosing a holiday with children in their hotel was a protected area and its own clean beach... and most likely, in this state of affairs and such an attitude towards customers, next year we will not come to their hotel....To which the hostess's answer was the following: "You leave, others will come, what's the difference... and in general, it would not have occurred to me personally for the administrator to make any claims or express dissatisfaction"...
It is worth talking about nutrition separately... This year, at the price of 110 hryvnias (for an adult), we got a very "Interesting Menu" for a set lunch / dinner... We met such a combination of products for the first time with friends . . For example, dinner. . . boiled rice, breaded fish, a salad of some pickled cabbage, sweet cottage cheese, a pack of sour cream and compote. . . if you eat all this. . . what a night it will be! ! and this is just an example... In general, many were not satisfied with the food... They ate because they paid..... or took money for food and ate on their own or in their own restaurant, but on the menu and at other prices, and also only after the lunch / dinner time for complex meals (i. e. at lunch after 14.30, and dinner after 20.30).
If your child, for health reasons or due to age, cannot eat the offered homemade hodgepodge with smoked sausage, lemons and sour cream (as a first course) or pickle with barley, lightly salted cucumbers, pickled eggplants, fried breaded cutlets or battered fish, of course , in the kitchen from your products for a fee (30 hryvnia) they will cook what you ask....
