Horror!! ! They promised a refrigerator, a TV, an air conditioner in the room, in fact, there are 2 refrigerators for the whole floor, there is no bedside table or a wardrobe in the room, together it is a design with one hanger, there is no attachment for the shower in the bath, there is nothing at all on the balcony, the view building from the window, the doors to the rooms are glass, in our time, when people have gadgets worth tens of thousands !! ! The mattresses are sagging, the bed is cozy, the cheapest one, on which it is impossible to sleep, it was cold, there were no bedspreads, no blankets, they offer lunch at 13.00 and dinner at 19.00.
Breakfast is on your own, but there is no kettle in the room, no crockery, nothing!! ! In the hall on the 1st floor, the furniture is dirty!! ! It is not far from the sea, but it is impossible to go through the old, tattered, dilapidated houses, it is the 21st century in the yard!! ! The dining room is a separate horror! Salad - 2 tablespoons (cucumbers, tomatoes, without dressing, lethargic), mashed potatoes - gray, smeared on a plate, unwashed baked fish, cloudy tea, very sweet, impossible to drink !!!
After the remarks made, we were blacklisted!!!

Bottom line: they called a taxi - they moved to Schastlivtsevo, rented a suite (cheaper!!! ).
I do not recommend!! !
