Late in the evening my mother wanted to take a shower. The bathroom is not equipped. . . slippery tiles and no anti-slip mats, only foot towels to put on the floor. Mom, leaving the shower, slipped and fell, while hitting her head hard, bruised her hip and scratched her leg. The leg went on the same towel over the tiles. Dad went down to the administrator on duty to call an ambulance, since there is not even a first-aid post on the territory of the base !! ! (and there is no ice to even apply to the bruised place). While the ambulance was driving, I applied a cold glass to my mother, because there really is no ice at the base in the hot summer, or they simply didn’t want to give it! The ambulance came and took my parents away. I was left alone with my little daughter, while none of the administration even went up to us to find out how everything happened and if we needed help. The next morning we went to talk with the director of the hotel Dmitry Valentinovich Litvinenko.
From communication with the director, it turned out that the administration does not feel any guilt and, accordingly, there can be no talk of any compensation. No one even felt the need to apologize. When we asked why there were no anti-slip coatings in the bathroom, there was an argument "we bought bathroom tiles from a construction site. " No arguments and arguments could not change the opinion of the administration.
Therefore, know that if you decide to relax in this hotel, then in the event of an incident, no one will compensate you for anything and will not even apologize. People are absolutely indifferent to their reputation among vacationers and the safety of these same vacationers. I got the impression that it was necessary to crash to death, so that they would pay attention to you and offer help! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!! !

There are definitely positive aspects to this hotel. But the cons outweigh everything. The rooms do not correspond to the number of people who are accommodated there. In each room (must be 2 people) lives from 3 to 5. In addition, the hotel accepts one-night stays for an additional fee. The beach is absolutely not designed for so many people.
