We rested at the hotel "Dune" for 3 years in a row and are going to go this year. Already greeted like family, a fruit platter and a bottle of champagne as a greeting. The hotel is new, small, clean and comfortable. I rest with children 6 and 12 years old and my mother, a total of 4 people, lived in a suite, there are 2 rooms, one has a double bed, the other has a large folding sofa (quite comfortable for sleeping). For a younger child, you need to pay extra separately with a small discount. All prices and any details can be found out from the administrator in advance, they answer phone calls around the clock, you can also communicate with them via Skype or e-mail. We booked a room 1.5 months in advance, paying by transfer via WebMoney for one day of stay. Meals in the hotel restaurant, breakfast - buffet, included in the price, we ordered lunch and dinner during breakfast in advance at a certain time so as not to wait with children, there is a children's menu (though very small), they cook well, something better (very delicious grilled salmon, wonderful khachapuri, delicious soups, children ordered chicken and rabbit broths), something worse, but feeding the children is not a problem, they will take into account all your wishes (like don’t put onions, don’t sprinkle with cheese, put noodles in the soup ), all food is brought to the room if you ask. In general, food and drinks are dragged wherever you say, even to the pool, even to the beach, they take out a small plastic table. The buffet, of course, is not as limitless as in Turkey-Thailand, but quite worthy. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every three days. We take a small kettle with us, as there is no one in the room, and early in the morning we want to drink coffee on the balcony. You go to the beach immediately from the gate of the hotel, the beach is small, sandy and shelly, the entrance to the sea is gentle, there are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for free, although sometimes they are not enough, as people take and leave, the beach is clean, the hotel staff clean the beach, but since access to the beach is free for everyone on weekends, there are quite a lot of people. There is a swimming pool, a small paddling pool for small children, a jacuzzi for 6 people. There is a small playground with a slide, swings and a sandbox, animators come several times a week and entertain the children. The hotel is located on the territory of the sanatorium "Berdyansk", near medical buildings, for us it was a decisive moment in choosing a hotel, it is very convenient to go to the procedures. There is a pediatrician in the main building of the sanatorium, you can always contact me when my youngest child fell ill, she came to our room herself (but, of course, we paid for this), there is a pharmacy in the medical building. A ten minute walk from the hotel there are 2 grocery stores, department store, fruit stalls. We bought dairy products there ("Rastishka", "Actimel" for children), you can buy any small things. If you wish, you can walk another 10 minutes and get to the beach of the sanatorium "Azure", there is a market and everything costs a little cheaper. By the way, you can swim on this beach when the sea is stormy (this beach is also called a children's beach, because it is terribly shallow and the water is 2-3 degrees warmer than in the sea and there are no waves, but there are several times more people and dirtier too several times). If walking is lazy, you can use the services of a bicycle taxi, they can be called by phone. The territory of the hotel is small, but everything is beautiful, the hostess herself waters her flower beds day and night, everything is lit up in the evening, the children really liked to walk alone and feel terribly adults (of course, if you are sure of their prudence). The hotel has a good sauna and a small hammam with a font and a jacuzzi, there is a huge bookcase with books, you can take something to read. In general, this is a very nice hotel, we meet people there who had a rest last year and came again. Rest there cannot be called budgetary, but if you need to treat children or improve your health yourself and have the opportunity to pay for comfortable accommodation (since the conditions in the Berdyansk sanatorium itself have not changed since Soviet times), then this is a very, very good choice.
