We stayed at the end of July - beginning of August 2008.
Liked the hotel. 2-room suite "Lux" for 800 hryvnia per day.
2 refrigerators, 2 TVs, air conditioning in one room.
The rooms are small, but clean and tidy, with euro renovation. In one room there are 2 joined beds and a folding sofa, in the other - a folding sofa. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and shower. Hot and cold water always. On the windows of the grid, mosquitoes did not pester.
Your own beach. The beach is sandy with shells. In the sea - sand, no grass. In the courtyard there is a playground and summer tables. Sun loungers for hire are paid 10 hryvnia for 1 day. Parking is paid 20 hryvnia per day.
Own cafe with complex breakfasts, lunches, dinners for 80 hryvnia per person. You can order, but more expensive.
The food is tasty, but the portions are small. We topped it with a red cabbage salad "Vostorg".
Access to the barbecue is paid, for 25 hryvnia (together with firewood).

Almost all the acquaintances who arrived had been ill there with a short acute respiratory disease (2 days). Probably a local virus.
The staff is polite and smiling. Always walked forward. When we had one person leave earlier, they reduced the 2-room suite to a 1-room suite.
Prices in Berdyansk are the same as in Moscow, but on the spit they are 1.5 times higher. I would say not adequate to the level of the resort. But if you decide to go to Berdyansk, then Hellas is quite decent.
