Arrived from Kyiv spontaneously. Lucky there were rooms available. Excellent repair, caring owners, wonderful food. Very handy rooftop pool. And the guarded parking was a pleasant surprise. My conclusion is this: If you don't want to take risks with the choice of housing, go here right away.
