The most important thing is a very affordable price for a huge attic room (everything is as in the photo) amenities, constantly hot water with strong pressure, TV, air conditioning (did not use, a cool wind blew from the bay). The first thing that impressed me was the magnificent view from the balcony, the spit, the bay with magical white herons, and in the evening Berdyansk shone with lights.
They took the kettle with them, but they asked us if we needed it, they gave us a tile and some kitchen utensils. The owners did not stand above their souls, as we had experience when the owners watched us and other guests all the time, in that place it was impossible to enter the room without first washing your feet from a hose in the yard. The only time the owner came up and asked if an ax was needed when the husband was making barbecue.
Dogs (small, rather for signaling) recognized us after the barbecue and wagged their tails.
We are very pleased with the rest, the sea was +22, the beaches were empty, we went for a walk to the end of the spit.
