Not everyone is comfortable going for water and beer in shorts to a restaurant. And the restaurant is generally a sore subject. Champagne is served warm. Ice cream melted. A simple order in the kitchen is completed by 2 chefs in 60-80 minutes, despite the fact that in the restaurant there are only 10 people for 2-3 tables. When buying Parliament 50g cigarettes, they are obligated to light a Deshman lighter for 60 UAH (I have not seen this scam). In a word, no one is engaged in it. There is no music in the restaurant. A very bad menu (more precisely, it is on the menu, but it is constantly absent, 50% is not available). Price / quality does not correspond to 1600 UAH per day for two. For that kind of money, you can give people a full-fledged service, and not just have friendly employees at the reception. Conclusion: they stupidly cut grandmas for being on the shore.

The room is large and very bright, my grandmother with two granddaughters really liked it. They lived there for a little over a month, when I (mother) came to pick them up, no one wanted to leave. I join the review "Comfortable stay", the change of towels, bed linen, room cleaning were every other day. Breakfasts meet all tastes, and most importantly hearty and tasty, the products are always fresh (I really liked cottage cheese with sour cream). Waiters two shifts are all young, very nice and polite. A helpful guard watches over the beach (carries sunbeds and umbrellas, puts where we want). In the afternoon, when it is very hot on the beach, in a cafe on the veranda, where the breeze and shade are blowing, an animator works with the children (there were a lot of drawings and crafts for mom as a gift). For a month, the air conditioner started to work somehow worse, we told the administrator, when we returned from the beach, the condo worked like new, it turns out that the service had already arrived and did everything. In general, any issue was resolved quickly, the administration always met halfway, the service and the level of the hotel pleasantly pleased. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay, I hope to come to Nika again!! !

Nika is located on the middle spit, a 20-minute drive from the railway station, between the Levant and Ukraine hotels, a 10-minute walk from the hotel market, shops, about 10 different cafes, 2 cinema halls (in Agarsky Mys ” and “Arctic”), post office, pharmacy, ATM (in the cafe “Sarmatia”). The highlight of the seemingly small Nika Hotel: ALL 19 rooms are DIFFERENT in terms of area, layout, interior design and, accordingly, price. That is, it is possible to choose the most suitable option. We were placed in building "A", in a room with a fireplace for 1100 UAH, deliberately climbing to the last, 4th floor, so that the neighbors would not interfere (as often happens). 50 sq. m. , a lot of air and light, no balcony, but the windows overlook 3 sides. We never risk using the air conditioner in the presence of children, but in the room for 2.5 weeks it was hot only a couple of times (while outside in the sun it reached 38 degrees). Room equipment, hot water, cleaning, change of linen, towels - everything is as promised on the site. As for the territory, it is small but cozy: parking (inside and outside), 10 m to the restaurant, 15 m to the pool, 20 m to the beach. Playground, paved paths, flower beds, few trees, but still there are (birches, cypresses, pines), an oriental-style fountain, rocking benches, a shower, a toilet, several foot sinks, a tennis table. The pool is small, clean, with a convenient entrance for children, with wicker sunbeds and two large umbrellas around the perimeter, there was never a problem with places in the pool or near it. The youngest daughter finally learned to swim without an inflatable ring! There was only one force majeure situation: there was a mass kill of gobies on the sea, no one went to the beach, and the pool could not accommodate all the hotel guests at the same time. About the beach: sandy, with a small strip of shell rock, plastic sun loungers, fabric sun loungers, large and small umbrellas, the security guard on duty helps to accommodate, even when the hotel is fully loaded on weekends, there was enough inventory and space for everyone. About the restaurant: a small hall with a bar, air conditioning and TV, and a spacious open veranda. I was pleasantly surprised by the so-called continental breakfast, which unexpectedly turned out to be hearty, even with a not very large selection of dishes, their combinations did not have time to bother us in 18 days. The children visited the restaurant with pleasure, thanks also to the hospitable waitresses, the head of the family was full and satisfied in the morning, and this, believe me, is worth a lot! Special thanks to the kitchen for the Napoleon cake for the birthday of our eldest daughter, as well as for organizing the congratulations! A look from the side: our children have already grown up, but we watched how actively two animator girls were engaged from morning to evening with other young children. About the administration of the hotel: the staff promptly answered all questions before arrival (during the booking process), was attentive and responsive throughout the stay. Weather: we arrived in a storm and a strong wind, the next day a two-week calm settled, one evening a thunderstorm touched the edge, surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes this year. Summary: the children (and we) did not want to leave! Many thanks to all the employees of the Nika Hotel for a calm and comfortable stay, quite worthy of Ukraine and the Sea of Azov!

The girl said that the room was busy from 14 to 21 August and I asked to make a reservation from 6 to 14 August. She wrote down my first and last name and said that she WILL AGREE WITH THE BOOKING (for the first time I have encountered this) and will call back during the day MANDATORY. No one called us back, due to the fact that the holidays we decided to wait until the working days, but the call was not received. And when I called myself, the girl answered me in a sweet voice that this number was busy from August 1 to August 21 inclusive. When I asked for an explanation, they told me that they had their own reservation, and the BORDERS had their own. It is asked, but a potential client does not need to call back and report that the number is busy. The conclusion suggests itself: the owners of the hotel, the so-called AUTHORITIES, apparently do not care about their reputation at all if they allow such incidents. On another site I found the only negative review about this hotel, it was written about the bad attitude towards Muscovites and the inappropriate behavior of the son of the AUTHORITIES, apparently it was worth listening to this review.

Very pleasant administrative staff. One minus is that they do not have a payment terminal for weekends, and there is no ATM nearby. Very clean and well maintained area, clean pool. A good restaurant. I would especially like to note the excellent work of the waitress Julia. On the beach, the view is spoiled by the undeveloped territory of the neighboring hotel "Levant". There are sun loungers and beach towels provided. Very convenient car parking. We were without a child, but I noted how well the animator girl deals with children, how children are interested in the developmental activities offered by her. It is very quiet at night, no extraneous noise from either your own or from neighboring hotels. Breakfast, although continental, is very satisfying and of high quality. . So the overall impression is positive.
