I came to relax in the Magnum pool in Beregovo on 16.08. 26 at the reception ad: UBD discount. I show my certificate, they don't give me a discount, explaining that the certificate should have been issued since 2014, but there is no such information anywhere, neither on the website nor in the information letter.

I came to relax in the Magnum pool in Beregovo on 16.08. 26 at the reception ad: UBD discount. I show my certificate, they don't give me a discount, explaining that the certificate should have been issued since 2014, but there is no such information anywhere, neither on the website nor in the information letter. My UBD certificate for the right to benefits is unlimited and valid throughout Ukraine. I encountered this for the first time and was shocked. Please provide clarification on this issue because the administrator did not provide me with clear explanations
