Ужас Horror

I never leave reviews, but this time I will spend my time on this. It's just horror, shame and disgrace. You can't call it a hotel. We are 600 km from Borispol. We planned to arrive in the evening, spend 1 night there and fly to the sea in the morning. We were delayed on the way, but they called and said that we would be late. As a result, upon arrival, we found this "hotel" with difficulty, drove into the territory and called them. A girl came out to meet us, who looked more like a prostitute who just got out of bed. And she tells us that everything is occupied with them now, but there are empty places in their other building and she told us where to go. We arrived at another building, and this is a completely different hotel, which is more like a den. We call them back, we say that this does not suit us, the girl turns on the fool and hands over the phone to the administrator. He obviously doesn't know how to talk to people, he is homicidal and tries to prove that we are wrong about something. In general, we found another hotel. I do not recommend the hotel England!! ! And I assure you that there are other hotels in Boryspil that are cheaper and with friendly staff and normal service. England is a shame for the whole of Ukraine!!!!!! !
