On February 2, two rooms were booked for February 14. One room for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) and the second room for 3 adults. We wrote off via Viber with the hostess and she confirmed the reservation. We also wrote off several times and all questions were discussed with her. She asked us to write to her half an hour before arrival (which we did) and then a person would come and open the rooms for us.

On February 14, in the morning, the hotel representative wrote to us that everything remains in place and 2 rooms are waiting for us. A young man came and opened the apartment. As it turned out, there is a room for 6 people, but a room for 3 people said that it does not exist. After a long trial, it turned out that this room, which we ordered for three, they rented out to some other TWO people and offered us an alternative - a double room or leave, justified by the fact that there are a lot of other hotels in the city of Boryspil and you can easily findanother number. Although upon arrival we called the indicated number several times and we were not warned of any changes. Since it was already late and we were tired after a 12-hour trip in the car, we tried to agree with him that he would somehow organize a place for us so that a third person could spend the night somewhere and made a discount. After 40 minutes of communication with the hotel representative and his repeated attempts to put us out the door, we managed to agree that he would arrange for us a bed for a third adult. the sleeping place that they arranged for us turned out to be a folding bed with broken legs, that is, just an ordinary wooden board on which the mattress lay. since it was already late and we were in a foreign country and in a foreign city, we had no choice and we agreed to this. Also, when asked to call the hotel owner and talk to her, we were refused (this was motivated by the fact that the owner is currently on vacation). The impression of this hotel was completely ruined. The attitude of the hotel REPRESENTATIVE towards people is extremely negative.
