On the whole, they were satisfied with the rest, but there are a few points... The first and most important thing is the transfer upon arrival and departure. The tour program does not indicate what time you need to arrive, only the date and recommended trains, which, by the way, we used. A few days before the start of the tour, we were informed at what time we would be met. Since tickets were taken in advance, the spread between our arrival and meeting was 4.5 hours + road. Since we arrived in the evening and not in the warmest season, we were forced to take an expensive taxi, which cost us the same as train tickets ("hello" to taxi drivers from Shevchenko station! ).
We were more lucky on the way back, but there is absolutely no merit of the tour operator in this, we were just given a ride by kind people who rested with us on the tour, for which we are very grateful to them !! ! The second nuance is that the audibility in the rooms is too good, if this bothers you, you are definitely not here. Everything else was at a normal level. The staff is friendly, pleasant to talk to. Special thanks to the kitchen staff, everything was very tasty))) Excursion service is well planned. Gratitude to the guide Marina, apart from the guide in Sofievsky Park, she was the best, you can immediately see the person in his place! Cherkasy region pleased and pleasantly surprised, in the heart of Ukraine there is something to see)))
