I booked a hotel on Booking, it was indicated - without prepayment. The next day I received a letter from the hotel with a request to make an advance payment in the amount of 1 night stay. It was weird, but I did it. We arrived on Saturday and left our things in the room. I noticed the far from fresh condition of the room and the smell, the administrator said that it was from the street - there is a road repair, it will be better in the evening. Later it turned out that of the "all cosmetics" listed on the site in the bathroom bottles labeled "Intimate Soap". I called the administrator. To my question, - "where are the cosmetic accessories? ", - he answered that in the indicated bottle there is liquid soap that we can use. To my dissatisfaction and the threat to write an appropriate review, the administrator appeared, brought us the day, took the keys and offered to vacate the premises within half an hour. In addition, he accused Booking of giving incorrect information about the hotel. For reference - we traveled as part of - two women and two small children. This situation happened around 22:00. It turned out that on a Saturday evening it was impossible to find an alternative, even at higher prices. . We returned to Kyiv at night. After a couple of days, I still decided to write a review, but it turned out that the reservation was canceled (apparently by the administrator), so I can’t leave a review on Booking. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone!! !
