Was in this hotel last weekend. To be honest, I really did not want to go there after reading the reviews here. But friends have already booked us a house, and we decided to go. First, about the road: from Kyiv it is better to go through Nizhyn, although it is 30 km longer, but it is faster, and the car will be safer. About the complex itself: we were greeted very friendly, and Nikolai (the Owner) himself led us to the house, telling us what and where they have. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness: in the house of the beginning of the last century it was clean, there were replaceable slippers, towels, etc. When it's hot outside +30, in the house +20-22, it's cool and cozy. After the road decided to eat. In the local tavern (where there is hay and freshly cut grass on the floor! ) We were offered freshly caught fried fish, borscht with pampushkas, homemade uzvar, as well as Cossack potatoes. Everything was very tasty, especially the potatoes, which were baked in the oven, and which smelled of wood fire! During these two days we managed to ride a boat and swim in the river, ride horses, and also watch a horse show. But the coolest thing was the local sauna! The sauna was just super - and natural heat without the admixture of burning gas or overdried electrics, as well as an experienced bath attendant who whipped with a whisk. We returned to Kyiv with the best impressions, full of charge and vivacity.
I recommend it to everyone, but be careful - there are potholes on the roads near the city of Ichnya.
