LOCATION. Private sector. Quiet, cozy place surrounded by greenery. The three-story building rises away from the road (by the way, quiet and dust-free). In the depths of a fairly spacious courtyard with beautiful landscaping. It is located end to end to the red line (i. e. the facade is not turned to the road, but looks at the green gardens and lawns of the surrounding houses). A successful architectural solution pleases the eye and improves mood. Favorably differs from all nearby buildings. There is parking, gazebo, barbecue.
Pleased with the presence of a foot-washer : )).
The road to the sea - for a lover of hiking, 15 - 20 minutes, from a steep hill on the plates - on a steep hill on the plates.
The nearest supermarkets "Kopeyka", "ATB" and the Kurortny Market are 25 minutes away, the supermarket "Tavria V" is 35 minutes away (too far : ((, but there are small shops in 10-minute proximity.
RECEPTION. Excellent host Marina. To services of visitors - the coffee machine, a mini-library.
ROOM. Comfortable. Clean and comfortable. Daily wet cleaning. Liked everything.
Wish for the future: to somehow strengthen the Wi-Fi signal, since it is very weak in the rooms, it was not possible to work on the Internet.

The air conditioner warmed the room to the right temperature very quickly. The bed linen is white. It was nice that the room had a balcony. It was nice to have dinner and breakfast al fresco.
I don't know why this hotel has only two stars. The level of the hotel is much higher.

The staff is very caring and welcomed like family for which many thanks to them! If you do not know how to get to the hotel, they can arrange a transfer from the airport or railway station. Who has not yet decided on the rest, we recommend Aquarius.
