Of the minuses: unless you need to get used to the ascent and descent to the sea, but neither for children 3 and 5 years old, nor for a grandmother of 65 years old, this turned out to be a big problem.

Each of them has its own separate area, with beautiful plants and flowers, garden swings, a table with chairs. All houses are wooden, equipped with all necessary furniture, household appliances, utensils, etc. The decor of the rooms deserves special attention - beautifully and with soul (respect to the hostess Elena). There are several playgrounds on the territory, master classes on making crafts are constantly held for children, so there is definitely no time for them to be bored.
In general, Eco-Dacha is the place where you want to return. So next year we are here too!

Spacious bathroom, in the hallway are conveniently located open shelves for things. The same open storage spaces in the rooms. All furniture is wooden and fits perfectly into the overall interior. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including plastic food containers and a multicooker.
Elena helped us a lot with any questions and with products, everything we needed could be ordered, which greatly facilitated our life. She even received a parcel for us at the new post office, for which special thanks.
The territory of the Eco-dacha itself is clean and well-groomed, and the atmosphere is friendly and conducive to relaxation.
The big advantage of the closed area is that children walk on their own and communicate with other children. Our children aged 9.6 and 5 found friends without problems and spent all their free time on the street. And what a number of all kinds of crafts they took away from the master classes of Nicole, the middle daughter of Oleg and Elena!
Separately, I would like to note the beauty and color of the local landscape, the proximity of the sea and a clean, almost wild, beach.
We plan to come back and stay longer.
Elena helped us a lot with any questions and with products, everything we needed could be ordered, which greatly facilitated our life. She even received a parcel for us at the new post office, for which special thanks.

Elena and Oleg will always come to the rescue in any situation, creating all the conditions for a carefree holiday. They treat guests like they are family, which is a very rare quality in people. Our vacation has been going on for the second week and we did not regret choosing this place. The hosts Oleg and Elena turned out to be nice, responsive people who make every effort to make the rest of their guests as comfortable as possible.
As we were traveling by train, the owner (free of charge) met us by car from the bus in the Black Sea, after arrival conducted a tour of the area, instructed how and what to use.
Eco-Dacha really fits its description on the site.

Neat, wooden (environmentally friendly) houses for two families (1st floor per family) are equipped in such a way that no one disturbs anyone. Inside there is really everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special attention should be paid to the interior design - with a soul, cozy, homely.
The issue of food is not a problem at all: there is always a supply of basic necessities (milk, sausages, dumplings, sauces, ice cream, water, kvass - well, very tasty! )
Ms. Olena constantly bakes delicious pastries (rolls with various fillings, croissants).
If you need any specific products, the owners, according to our order, bring them (which is very convenient).
And now the most important thing is the sea, it is really very clean and warm. Children (6 and 11 years old) enjoy swimming, collecting pebbles and shells on the coast, sunbathing. The descent to the sea takes 5 minutes, maybe for the elderly and with very young children it is a bit difficult, but we overcome. Ex problem.
Summing up, I want to note that at the Eco-Cottage we found exactly what we were looking for - a quiet, comfortable holiday in good conditions and clean beach and sea not crowded with vacationers.

The territory is closed, so that children cannot go out on their own. The boys (5 and 8 years old) walked by themselves, played with other children, and we were calm for them. There are swings, a sports ground, tennis, master classes in the evenings.
We cooked our own food, the kitchen has everything you need, so it didn't burden us. The advantage was the opportunity to eat delicious homemade food to which they are accustomed. It is also possible to order the products that you need and they will be bought and delivered. This year it became possible to order complex lunches.
A few words about the sea itself, as this is the main thing we were looking for. The descent to the sea takes 5-7 minutes, you have to go through very colorful hills. The beach is sandy, on weekdays there are few people, after walking 50 meters you can be in complete solitude.
Children can safely play, swim and you do not need to look out and look for them in the crowd. A little to the side there is a place with beautiful underwater views. Stones, algae, various fish, crabs. It is very interesting to swim with a mask.

Barbecue paid 150 hryvnia on the territory you need to speak in a whisper conditions as in a concentration camp. Belarusians do not rest here, do not spoil your vacation!!!!! !.
