As they say, quality exceeds price. For that kind of money near Kiev you will not find anything like it. Of course, it’s a long way to go, real 100 km from Kyiv through the villages (where you can’t accelerate much), but for this you get a quiet, relaxing holiday at a reasonable price. I was struck by the cleanliness in the houses, fresh cosmetic repairs, clean carpet, clean wallpaper. Cozy gazebos near the houses with barbecues, firewood make it possible to have a great evening near the fire in the fresh air (if you stock up on mosquito repellents). I liked the manager Stepanovich - a super man. The disadvantage is that there is nowhere to swim, the Teterev river is shallow and dirty, although locals and some visitors swim.
