The hotel is located in the private sector and frankly there is nothing to do in the evening. Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered on site. Only in season be prepared for high prices. A modest dinner for three (mashed potatoes, chicken cutlet, vegetable salad and beer) cost 1100 UAH. Food tastes like homemade. There are no alternatives for food in the area (there is a restaurant at the Black Sea Hotel, but it is located on the beach. The rest of the cafes are within 4 km from the villa).
It's a long way to go to the sea. First you need to cross a rather busy road (before our eyes, people with children were almost knocked down), then, for 5-7 minutes, walk along the fences and, at the end, a long descent down to the beach (and on the way back, respectively, a long climb).
You can buy drinks on the beach (water, beer) either at the beach restaurant of the Black Sea Hotel at not very humane prices, or from beach vendors (beer). Or carry everything with you.

It is not possible to rent sun loungers on the beach.
On the territory: on the territory of the villa there is a nice swimming pool, with a paddling pool for children. The water is clean. There is a small playground. Also, right behind the fence there is a brazier where you can make a barbecue. The brazier itself is free, but you have to pay for the grill and skewers. Parking on the territory of the villa is somewhat specific: only 3 cars fit in the yard (in single file, one after another. And if you are not standing near the gate and you need to urgently leave, then this can become a problem), the rest are parked along the road.
In the room: the hostess tries very hard to make you comfortable. But the rooms are tired (the plaster cracks and falls off, sockets fall out, drains clog). Since the electricians and plumbers invited for repair did everything somehow (this is not the fault of the hostess, it’s just such “specialists”), after their “repair” I had to do everything ourselves (repair the outlet and break through the drain).
Shops and the market are quite far away (you need to go to Karolino Bugaz). But there is a stall nearby, where you can buy almost everything you need. And in the mornings, the uncle drives a car with berries, vegetables, fruits.
Summary: if you are looking for a relaxed beach holiday and entertainment, then this is not the place. More like a holiday village than a resort.
