We have been going to this base for the last few years. We stop in the houses on the first line, right on the beach. The houses are old, Soviet, wooden and peeling. On the third floor there are quadruple rooms with a toilet and a washbasin in the room. Although the toilet is so large that it could easily fit a shower. Large balcony overlooking the sea or the courtyard. On the other - 2 toilets in the hallway. From the first floor they also go there. Not all rooms have air conditioning. In addition, there are renovated modern houses away from the beach with all amenities.
There is a beach shower with cold water. There is a paid indoor shower with hot water.
There is a dining room with a pizzeria and a bar. There is a pharmacy. Tuesday was quite tasty.
There is also a kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and running water. There are barbecues, tables near the houses.
There is a place to put the car, but for a fee.

Disadvantage: different companies are allowed to enter the territory with cars for one day (more often on weekends).
They occupy the barbecue and the table and run to the toilet in the houses on the first line. Lots of dogs. Not all owners clean up after them. More precisely, almost everyone does not clean.
There was no playground on Tuesday (it used to be), but they said it was there again this year.
There is wi-fi in the dining room, but there is no access to the houses. Except on the balcony, if it is on the side of the dining room.
I really like the spacious relatively clean beach.
This year we are going there again.
