The junior suite fully complies with the category: refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle, dishes, hair dryer, smart TV, excellent Internet. Toilet paper and trash bags are all hotel. I read a review where they write that they bought it themselves... we did not buy it. All in stock.

I saw that people booked 1.5 months in advance, but when they arrived, the hostess rented their room . . people had a choice to go to worse conditions without a balcony or even look elsewhere. I liked the fact that the base closes at 22.30-23.00. There is no security, the owner himself is a security guard, I have seen more than once that he walked around the entire territory at 1-2 nights. Food is a separate issue. Expensive and navels for that kind of money would not want to eat. The portions seemed small. But I saw that people went to the canteen. We ate at another base in a cafe. The kitchen workers are rude, their rooms are located near the playground, the children are kicked out with a cry because they want to sleep during the day. The only question is whether they came there to work or relax. The territory is well-groomed, rather big compared to other bases. The prices are not very expensive compared to other bases, maybe because the 3rd line....but 3 minutes walk to the sea. Despite the minuses, I might come again. noise, discos, bazaars . . what matters to me. The photo on the site is true. In terms of cleanliness . . you go into a clean room where there is toilet paper, soap. , towels, bed... but that's it. Toilet paper we also bought packages for buckets too.

Wonderful hotel. Especially good for those who love silence. The sea is not far away. Everything is close at hand market, shops. Rested dad, mom, three children 9.2. 1 years old. Check-in immediately and without questions. Upon arrival (11 am) breakfast was offered. The portions are large, the food is tasty.

We stayed in a deluxe room, everything is just super. Everything is clean and tidy. Everything works, the dishes are all assembled, clean.

We rested a couple of days ago, in a suite at the Irina Hotel in Gribovka: just awful. The hotel is located in a field. The rooms have a strong smell of mold, towels are given with someone else's hair, the drain does not work in the shower, it is dirty. Eat - dining room, again dirty. There is not clean oilcloth on the tables, bread with mold, there is fat in the tea along the contour of the rim .

The room for 2 people was not ready to move in even at 15-00 (we had to stay all in one 3-bed room), and at the time of full payment for the accommodation, the "sweet" hostess Irina she announced that a 2-bed room could be occupied by us not for 9 days, but for 6 (since the group of witnesses came to her not 56 people, but 62), and actually put me and the child on the street.

Because we simply could not find something suitable for 3 days, I had to leave earlier (giving train tickets... ). From the residents we learned about another divorce, when settling in, the owners like to raise the price of accommodation. The deluxe rooms are just a catastrophe, the price and quality were not even close: burnt blankets, a fungus in the shower, falling out cutters, you can dream of changing linen and towels, getting a trash bag and toilet paper is like winning a prize, they didn’t even clean it in common areas. . The staff is rude. Food is expensive and tasteless.
CONCLUSION: if you want to discourage yourself and your loved ones from going to Odessa region on vacation, then you are here.

2. Balconies in the room. We took a first floor room with a balcony. A very cozy balcony, overgrown with greenery, I was calm for the child who went out / came in by himself, walked around the territory, loved to eat on this balcony.
3. I read above that they didn’t change linen, we were lucky in this regard - linen and towels were changed regularly, even more often than we wanted.
Now about the sad.
1. This is not the 2nd line, but the 3rd : ) Before the sea, people went around through Chaika, which is quite far away. Then they showed us that it turns out that you can go through 2 recreation centers - Laguna and Mriya in a straight line. Why not talk about it right away is not clear.
2. Wi-fi. It's sad here too. He either was or he wasn't. But there was no more.
3. During the 2 weeks of our stay, the power went out very often. And once he was gone for a day (!!! ) There was a thunderstorm, it was cold. There is no electricity, we just bought groceries in a neighboring town. Because in Gribovka everything is very expensive. I went up to the owner to ask if there was some kind of basement or cellar, so that the products could be put in a cool place (there was a cholochka and a sausage). To which he shook his head, no. My child and I at 10 pm (it was already dark) had to go and look for kind people on the first line (they had light) to shelter our food in the refrigerator for the night. Fortunately, the world is not without good people.
In general, we were also unlucky with the weather, there were several thunderstorms. And this power outage just pissed me off. you get up in the morning, the sky is gloomy, you don’t seem to go to the beach, you want a coffee, turn on the TV. But no . . And you sit stupidly for half a day and stick you don’t know where to put yourself. The only thing that saved us was the beach. We went there and just sat there and breathed the air.
3. Sockets. That's horrible. Make, please, in the rooms, sockets : -) The cry of the soul.
4. A big minus is that there is no way to cook for yourself, especially when a child. Luckily there was a kettle in the room. He saved us a lot.
