We rested a couple of days in June at the Black Sea - Bugaz hotel. The hotel left an ambiguous impression. It seems to be good new rooms (the hotel opened in June 2010), but... Having settled in a junior suite, they discovered that the telephone does not work, the doors to the bathroom do not close - there is a gap of 8 centimeters, the air conditioner is rather weak. We tried to set 21-22 degrees - I did not pull out less than 24-25. To repeated requests to fix the phone and send a carpenter for the door, the staff of all three shifts (within 3 days! ) politely answered: yes, yes! Of course, I'm sorry, we'll fix it now! Zero results in 4 days!
In the room of dishes - 2 glasses and a small dish. No kettle, iron, coffee maker. Asked to bring a couple of fruit plates from the restaurant. On the first day they brought it for free, the next day the waiter brought two empty plates for delivery and took 30 UAH. We decided to clarify the cost of this service the next day in the restaurant - the staff hesitated, shied away - as a result, 20 UAH. returned with an apology.
Breakfast - nothing, for a couple of days I did not have time to get bored with monotony: sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes with meat, cottage cheese, cottage cheese, muesli, grilled vegetables, juices, milk, yogurts. From fruits - cherries.

The restaurant is open 24/7, the bar on the 6th floor is closed.
From the good - the beach is large, free, they give out mattresses, umbrellas, tables, bath towels. True, the sea was not lucky - the water was coldish, in addition, a lot of green algae. Swimming units. We never entered the sea, we swam in the outdoor pool near the hotel.
There is an indoor pool - but the water in it is not heated, it's cool.
Virtually no infrastructure. In the lobby of the hotel there is a small shop with souvenirs and essentials. It's good that at least there is one, because. disposable toothbrushes are not provided - had to buy. Cafes, shops, buy vegetables and fruits - you have to go to Gribovka. And the landscaping is not finished. Somewhat empty and without greenery.
Some other hotel, such as boathouses, is being built nearby. If they finish by next year, maybe there will be some shops or cafes there.
I hope next season the service and cuisine will be better.
