Pros: Large enough apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Proximity to the beach, 5 minutes. Good beach, not crowded with people, gentle entrance to the sea. On the territory there is a supermarket with everything you need and restaurants where you can eat. It is also convenient that you can cook at home. There is all the necessary utensils, dishwashing detergent, washcloth, cloth for cleaning dishes. The bathroom has soap and toilet paper. Air conditioning in every bedroom. Good internet.
Cons: mega-uncomfortable beds with old, sagging mattresses and springs digging into the back. For 3100 per night - it's not solid. Also pillows that are unrealistic to sleep on, as they are very hard. In the shower cabin, the plumbing is rusty and the water in the shower cabin does not run off well, as a result, you stand bone-deep in the water when you take a shower. The area is mostly untidy. Everywhere, instead of grass, weeds grow half a meter high. The path to the beach is narrow with uneven concrete. Prices in a restaurant at the level of a restaurant in the center of Kyiv. Coffee - the price is like in a restaurant, which would be ok if this coffee was normal, otherwise the impression of burnt cheap coffee.
Staff - a young man settled us. The room was ready with a slight delay, which we treated with understanding, but when we checked out we were asked to leave at exactly 12 and to my objection that we were settled with a 10-15 minute delay, I heard the objection that we were settled at exactly 2. Unpleasant. We broke one plate, which was reported to the reception and we were charged 120 UAH. A trifle, but unpleasant, since this plate is clearly a penny.
General verdict: thank you, but we will not return here and will not advise anyone, as the price-quality ratio is not justified.
