I want to tell you how I had to visit this "wonderful" place. It all started with the fact that when I booked a room, the girl on the phone told me that from 08/24/2021 to 08/26/2021 we have a 20% discount, that is, a suite that costs 2500 will get you in 2000, which was a pleasant surprise, but upon arrival the girl at the reception announced the amount of 2500, which already speaks of a good start) But as I understand it, they decided to do a favor and said “Okay, give them a discount”, then we decided to rent bicycles, but not everything is as good as it seemed, not having time drive off and 100 meters my chain flew off, it's okay, putting it back on it happened again after 10-15 minutes of skiing, without finishing its time, the chain flew off completely and we went back. The instructor said it's okay, the bikes are already fairly rolled out and this happens, he suggested taking another one and riding it for a while, but there was no longer any particular desire.
The next day, on the day of departure, I was informed that I had broken the bike according to the instructor, hello to him) and soldered a fine of 500 UAH) Well, it happens when the establishment repairs and maintains the equipment at the expense of the guests. Well, this is not the end, later we were accused of missing the CORKSCREW in the room, but after 3 minutes we still found out that it was not even in the room) Also in the pools, both in the indoor and in the summer, the water is icy, in the open pool on the water a bunch of leaves. And so, in general, the nature is beautiful, everything is cultural, clean and cool) The room is clean, but it is noticeable that it is worn, the breakfast is good, everything is tasty and in sufficient quantity. Here are my impressions of this place) I made it for myself that I will never go there again, and even more so I will not advise anyone either)
